“And all at once, summer collapsed into fall.”
Sometimes suffering is just suffering. It doesn’t make you stronger. It doesn’t build character. It only hurts.
Kate Jacobs (via quotemadness)
We are really lucky rain comes down in drops instead of all at once.
Your mind is like this water, my friend. When it is agitated, it becomes difficult to see. But if you allow it to settle, the answer becomes clear.

Anxiety
How to get away from shame? How to get away from fear? First, allow yourself to be swallowed by darkness. It's not hard to find. Second, hide. The best solution is to jump to a bottomless chasm. The greeks are calling this abyss, the tartarus. I guarantee you that nobody will try to look for you there. Now as you go deeper into that abyss, think of the all the horrible and humiliating events in your life. Your heart feels heavier to every thought. Tears go dry as the air pressure around you is getting intense and deafning. Your lungs tightened. Grosteque images of people you knew clouded your thoughts. They're all laughing and mocking you as they recall your idiosyncracy. But unfortunately, you can't die in there. You had forgotten that the abyss is magical. Though it'll bestow immortality on you, it doesn't have any healing properties. It's cruel but whatever. You hate to deal with any of those shits anyway. So you're now just letting yourself fall into that endless pit with a dry smile. For you, this is the better option. Fear and shame still resides in you. Whatever you will do, you still can't get away from them.
The moment you can't appreciate encouraging words or advices from a friend anymore, when it's becoming so low. It's when the heart hardens like steel & you feel numb, It's when you don't recognize anyone anymore, It's when the quotes you read turns to blurry lines, It's when you're now just letting the clock run around, You aren't covering your ears, But you're covering your heart It's like sugar on top of a burnt cookie.

Surround yourself with positive people who will support you when it rains, not just when it shines.
We are all lying in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars. - Oscar Wilde
Call me whatever you like; I am who I must be.

Dark matter is needed to hold galaxies together. Your mind is a Galaxy. More dark than light. But the light makes it worthwhile.
