Does smoking get rid of headaches?? Been up all night...can't sleep...just wondering...don't have any ibuprofen....

Yeah...Awake all night cuz the assjoke that broke my heart lives across the hall from me...and when he is home he has to make sure 'I hear him' ....especially if he has girls hanging out with him ( which is like a knife to the heart) ....so it makes getting over him very very hard....And makes me feel even MORE FAT and UGLY....I guess it has given me good motivation to my diet....lost 5 pounds these past 2 weeks since he has been having all these friends as girls he says...till the other night...when he said 'I'm having someone special coming over' AFTER I was at his apartment hanging out...WTF!! I LEFT RIGHT AWAY....and of course he came over to bring me my favorite pop and my cat treats...oh yeah that heals the hole in my heart jerk....which is why I have not really eaten for past 3 days. Grapes and few ozs cheese yesterday but two days before nothing but liquids....and avoided him completely....but couldn't sleep tonight....I want to be over this...not care...but it's hard...wish my 'comeback plan' was complete and he could see me glowed up...regret what he lost...but that's going to take time...like I'm thinking first week of August reveal THE NEW ME...only good thing is he leaves end of May for all of June and july...so I won't see him...gives me 2 months to be over him and really improve myself...so when he comes back in August...it will be a shock...I'm probably being stupid...am I?!

I found drinking hot peppermint tea (calms the tummy) with cinnamon (boosts metabolism) and if needed a little honey helps me feel fuller and not want to snack.

Just bought all of these veggies and fruits, so i can eat them when i get cravings, instead of eating anything else :)

i fried zucchini, paprika and tomatos ( without oil or butter ) and ate it like a wrap with the salad.

You have to try it, it’s so delicious, it only has 46 calories and one makes me full.

I haven't eaten for 2 days...and most of me is proud of myself...surprised how easy it was to flip the switch....And yet there is a part of is wondering did I fall of the edge again?? Or is this a one time thing?? But as my stomach rumbles I think deep down I know the answer already...
