In the air!
I haven't been posting for a while, I've been so busy actually flying!! My roster has changed to what was posted previous. I was in Bangkok, now I'm in Oslo. I am flying tomor lunch time to Orlando. Then Copenhagen & then home. The actual work is good, fun, a lot to learn. I am still in training mind. So I have a supervisor on board with me and she's still teaching & testing me! I will post photos & more info, when I'm home
Soon I'll be posting my own photos from the air! ✈️

Fly on We Heart It.
Haven't been posting a lot! Been doing my training! Graduation tomorrow, been waiting years for this day. Going to be emotional. More info on my training etc to come 😄
Swimming! 🏊✈️
This was tough! Lots of things to do in the pool! Had to: 🔹Swim to the other end of the pool 🔹Inflate life jacket in & out of the water 🔹Swim to life jackets and inflate them in the sea, well swimming pools 🔹Carry another person pretending they need saving. 🔹Climb this thin, slippery, small ladder into this huge life raft! A few people couldn't and got upset/frustrated, but they did in the end! 🔹Slide off the end of the raft 🔹Link arms and get into a circle. We took it in turns to be CCM & pax and to shout orders to them Yeah fun but tiring!!
Few photos of us all in our training group & on the way to swimming. Had exam today, I passed with 100%, so happy because I sneakily wanted 100% too 💛
Training Day 1. ✈️
It was tough, it's gunna be a lot of work! But so worth it! Got manuals, paperwork coming out my ears! Everything I need. Today we had presentations of the company, we filled out applications for ID cards and some other ID things, I can't remember haha. They took our docs, we had two lessons in a classroom in which we have booklets to fill out. It was like a science and geography lesson! We have an exam Friday about all the stuff we have learnt today. We got taught about how an aircraft flies- in detail, but I do understand it! We learnt in detail about the layout of an aircraft & there is actually more to a wing than I thought 😂 ailerons, slats, flight spoilers ah loads of new words I can't pronounce! We learnt about, winglets, how engines work, cabin pressure, airways (the "road" aircrafts follow when they're flying in the sky) weather radars, the atmosphere (& all its layers) turbulence (there are 3 types) lightning ah heck loads of stuff! It was all making sense thou which is good! Along with classroom work, simulation work/practise we also have that bloody e-learning to do! This week we have 3 to do. 1 is 1hr long, 2nd is 2hrs long 😩 and last one is 4HRS long 😫😫 & exam at end of them all. We are to do these at home. Have more written exams next week but only 1 this week. So yeah goodbye social life 👋 But, best bit of the day was them giving us our staff number, & 4 webpages to look at now & update. After looking through all of these now, I have found where my crew rosters will be, (we get monthly rosters & get them 14days prior to end of month. They are subject to change thou) we have to be accessible by crew scheduling all the time too, just incase. Got my own company email. Found the uniform regulations/manual & about my shoes which I am to buy myself, highest heel we can have is 6cm which is about 2.5inches which is high enough! Found the part to where you can swap rosters but ofc my rosters are empty atm! Just so happy to finally be here! 💙
Got my crew training timetable today. Groups of 16, perfect. Usual training I expected, survival training should be fun!
Going to Stockholm for part of the training too. More to come...
