your fingers stopped moving and hovered over your keyboard. slowly, you turned your head and looked in the direction of your boyfriend, sat right by your side at the dinner table, deadpan. he stared back at you, his face unmoving, brows furrowed, and his eyes as round as they could get.
"that's a whole new sentence, jisung." you replied after a few seconds.
in response, he sighed audibly and let his head rest on the table, face burried in his crossed arms, while you focused back on your screen. you had to finish checking your work mailbox before you could close your laptop and rest for good.
"you're always working" jisung started, words muffled against the sleeves of his hoodie, "it's always the emails and never me. be honest. you just like your emails better."
it was not the first time jisung whined this way. actually, it was a recurrent occurence. this happened almost every time you worked from home, or rather, from your shared appartment. on those days, you would not see time pass and jisung would be home from the studio before you were done with your own tasks. since your chatty desk mates were not around you, it was easier to focus in the comfort of your own home and you often lost track of time or simply made the most out of those remote working days.
jisung did not like that very much and he made sure to let you know.
"you're being silly. silly and needy." you muttered, your voice dripping with fondness without being able to help it.
"i wonder why!" your boyfriend retorted. his head had shot up and he was now looking right at the side of your face in fake annoyance. "i've been begging for hours."
"it's been eight minutes since you got here." you corrected.
"and i can feel myself fading away..." he whined again, "this is all your fault..." jisung's head was back in his arms and his eyes fluttered closed, face turned towards yours with a pout tugging at his mouth.
you stole a glance and smiled to yourself. a quiet chuckle bubbled from your throat and you focused back on your laptop. with a loud clicky sound, you pressed send on your very last email. you were finally done for the day.
"alright." you said upon closing your laptop after making sure it had shut down. in a swift motion, you leaned toward your boyfriend, who still had his head resting upon his crossed arms, and pressed your lips against his.
as you inched away from his face, his eyes flew open the same way an old school disney princess's would. jisung made a show out of being kissed, as if it were the first time. he gingerly touched his lips with the tips of his fingers, looking at you through his eyelashes.
"feeling better?" you asked him before getting up and walking toward the kitchen.
"very much so. thank you, for saving me." he replied, smiling his heart shaped smile. he followed you to the kitchen, his footsteps light.
jisung was the whiniest man you ever came across and you would never grow tired of this side of him.

he would not. felix sees everyone as a friend and does not actively look for a partner. he has other things on his mind and finds the comfort and love he needs in all the friendships he has built over time, yours included. felix is also not dense. though he does not make a big deal out of it, he is quite good at getting a correct read on people.
so, when you started to see him another way after hanging out one on one a few times over the past weeks, he ended up catching on. you were not exactly subtle about it but he could tell you were not doing it on purpose. to save you the embarrassment, felix would act like he did not know. and he would start developing interest in his own time, all thanks to realizing you liked him a little more than you would like to admit.
HOW HE WOULD ACT.
oh felix hides it so well. actually, you would not even be able to tell the difference from back when you were friends to after he started seeing you in a new way.
the only thing that is different is the light in his eyes when he flirts back. felix is good at flirting, great even. but initiating it is awkward, he would much rather respond. as friends, you can tell that he is joking. however, as his interest grows, his eyes become more and more serious in those moments. the tone is the same, and you still giggle when you hear him, just like you always have—except now, felix is not joking.
WOULD HE MAKE THE FIRST MOVE ?
most likely, yes. felix is pretty confident that you like him since that is one of the reasons why his own feelings developed. it might take a while and you may even start telling yourself to move on at that point but that is exactly when felix dexides to surprise you.
though you took the first step without knowing it ( being obvious about your crush on him ), felix takes the one that brings you closer to a relationship. he would ask you out and you would accept, thinking it's just another one of your usual outings. but felix would be clear about his intentions, about it being a date. and the way you blush upon hearing that, and how a few non sensical words stumble out your mouth, both comfort him in the idea that he was not mistaken. you do, in fact, like him. just as he thought.
MISCELLANEOUS
felix does not like to rush, he also enjoys having a crush. he likes the adrenaline rushes he gets whenever you sit a little closer than usual or how he gets to see you flustered whenever he flirts a bit more than normal. because of that, he might take a long time before trying to clear the air between you and putting words on his feelings.
definitely jealous. does not talk much about how he has a crush on you but his friends definitely know from how quick it is to tick him off. felix glares when someone else is obviously flirting with you. he also makes snarky comments about other guys that tried their chance and made you reject them. he does not like it when he gets like that, but felix can hardly help it.

lying down in the grass, using your boyfriend's jacket as a blanket and facing the sky, you were gazing up at the stars. right next to you, jeongin was doing the same thing. his breathing was slow and his face flushed by the slight breeze brushing against your bodies. you were barely touching besides your shoulders pressed against one another's. neither your hands or your legs were tangled but you both felt so close, maybe because there was no noise besides the beat of your hearts and the sound of both of your breathings.
just a few minutes earlier, you had been attending a friend's wedding. music was filling your ears and you had to yell over it so that the people there could hear you. and now, all there was to be heard was the blades of grass dancing in the wind.
you had heard about a meteor shower happening tonight. the wedding venue was ablaze with lights and thus not much could be seen which, truth be told, disappointed you a little bit. you were renting out a little guest house in the country side, closeby to the venue since it was so far away from home. that allowed you to stay much later than intended and you had left toward the end of the celebration.
the second you had closed the car door upon arrival, jeongin gasped, which alerted you. his eyes were glued to the sky and so, you imitated him. you could not help but make the same noise. away from all artificial lights, the moon and stars shone brightly.
and so, when jeongin asked if you wanted to stargaze, despite sleep tugging at your eyelids, you eagerly accepted.
after lying down, you did not talk much, only watching the meteors catch fire and disappear as quick as they showed up. after all, you had just spent hours surrounded by other people. it was only normal to appreciate the silence and each other's company.
"do you wanna do it?, jeongin asked after a while, voice low.
– do what?, you replied.
– marriage."
your heart skipped a beat and your tongue swiped against your lips. your friends' wedding had been amazing. the festivities kept all the guests entertained but most of all, the bride and groom had been radiant. they would look at each other, as if in their own little world despite the abundance of guests and animation.
you and jeongin had been dating for a few years, and it would be lying to say that you had not spent a good chunk of the day picturing you and him in the shoes of the newly wed couple.
"maybe, yeah. but just, not now. not yet... do you?", you offered.
jeongin took a deep breath, pondering as a shooting star passed by. your skin tingled and your stomach knotted. you had never really brought up the topic before, both living in the present rather than looking too far into your shared future.
"i think so. not now either but, yeah, i would like to."
you smiled to yourself, gazing at the side of his face instead of looking up to the sky and its myriad of stars.
"that's nice—you inhaled slowly before exhaling—we agree."
jeongin turned his face to yours, finally catching your gaze as a soft smile stretched his lips. it was dark and you could barely see each other but his eyes twinkled, as if the shooting stars sat into his pupils after disappearing from the sky.
"yeah. i'm glad we do."

it's hard to say. bang chan is the type to admire someone from afar and grow fond of them through interactions, quality time and shared memories. sure, physical attraction is needed as a trigger to develop feelings however, a real crush requires far more to him. so yes, he might be crushing first. that is, if you take longer than he does to feel drawn to your everything.
HOW HE WOULD ACT.
on the outside, chan is far from obvious. the social butterfly that he is can pretty much interact with anyone under any kind of circumstances. you would not be able to tell, since he pretty much treats everyone he respects and quite likes in similar ways.
on the inside however, boy is he freaking out. it takes everything in him to not run away and cringe at every single thing he tells or does around you. he is super natural with all of it but, to him, it is like you are onto him. the glances you throw his way and the shy smiles you offer whenever he comes to you make him feel like You Know and it stresses him out.
other than that, when crushing, chan might try to spend time with you one on one. group settings are fine and he is thankful he gets to hang out with you and your shared friends. however, he would much rather get to know you even more, nurturing that crush. despite having so little time, he would do his best to make those "dates" happen.

he might. chan is constantly doubting himself and though he is not afraid of rejection, it does not feel good and neither does he want to make you uncomfortable. in other words, beyond being rejected, he would rather keep it all to himself than open up and put you on the spot.
however, as his feelings grow and become more serious, it might start to wear him out. chan is a very busy man and must keep his head in the game at all times. the second his crush on you grows so big it starts to take too much room in both his heart and mind, he might confess. either you reject him and he can move on / focus on his work properly again ; or you admit to liking him back and the worries of his feelings not being mutual can vanish, leaving all the brain power it took available for work related stuff again.

chan is a very flirtatious man, especially when he has a little crush. he makes it all pass off as jokes but, towards you, they're more serious than you think.
in order to develop any kind of attraction, chan needs a connection as friends and quite literally weeks of knowing the person before he considers them in any other way than a close friend. it is the shared experiences, the heart to heart conversations and all conversations—even the mundane ones—as friends, that charm him.
