Sometimes you think you know what the problem is, and you try hard to solve it and you think you just need to try harder, but then, when you are tired and about to give up, you see something. Maybe it is just a little thing, too little for you to notice, but it is the solution... it is the real thing that is stopping you, and you didn’t have idea that it was there all this time.
Sometimes you just need to calm down, breathe, and really analize every little part of the situation. You can even feel stupid when you find out, but it’s okay. The only thing that matters is that you don’t let that realization be other thing that stops you.

I just need to get this out.
I am SO fucking upset. This really hurts me.
I was depressed, from five years ago until i graduated from that school and my life begun to be better.
But among other things, my depression was caused by my overweight.
My family always had told me that i was fat. That i needed to loose weight because they were worried.
I went to many nutritionists, did lots of diets, I did swimming, went jogging, I went to the gym. but nothing worked. in fact, I got another 15 kilos in a year. That's 25 now.
Of course, i was angry at myself for not being able to loose some fucking weight.
My mom always yelling at me. Because "i was fat and ugly. and i would never get married."
But now...
I recently found lots of old pictures. Photos of my two or three years ago Me. And the realization hit me like cold water.
I was not fat.
I was not fat. I've never been fat. Not until now. I was SO blind. But i believed in them. I really believed it and now i can't get out of this.
Still cannot belive it.
If you are reading this, i have something to tell you:
don't let others try to change you. or decide over your life. Your life is YOURS and NO ONE has the right to tell you ANYTHING about the way you are, look or think. What you like, what you do, what you say... those things are what makes you beautiful, and perfect, and unique. And this is not only for girls, because we often forget about guys.
Don't let them break you down. Don't let yourself fall.
