My dog’s cute reaction to her favorite words, is just adorable in this short video with my dog & me. Sweet Pea loves her grandma & grandpa, so any time I say her favorite words her ears perk up and she looks to see if they’re there.   

Most dogs probably react to words like bacon or squirrel… which my funny little puppy dog does too, but grandma and grandpa are #1. 

Sweet Pea is a cute little senior dog who turns 12 this weekend. She’s half Yorkshire Terrier / half Maltese… they call her a Morkie which is a designer breed dog.

Spring Cleaning A Small Space | Quick Vlog

Spring cleaning a small space looks so easy to do in this quick vlog… and don’t you love it when you can quickly clean your home in under 5 minutes? Okay so that’s an exaggeration, but we can only hope.   

In this short video about spring cleaning a small space, I’m only showing a bit of what can be done during your spring clean up… cleaning cabinets, mirrors, vacuuming and moping. Even still it’s like a cleaning house workout; climbing on stools, counters and over obstacles.   

Surface cleaning is simple most of the time, but when you have to pull out appliances and furniture it’s a whole different ball of wax, or dust ball. Don’t forget to stay tuned for my fall deep clean in September. OMG I can hardly wait. lol

This cute little dog Easter bunny makeover, before & after video shows just how adorable my little dog truly is as a bunny rabbit. There wasn’t any rabbit ears available in Sweet Pea’s size so we had to McGiver a pair to fit her for this cute little Easter video… lol 😆 

Easter is looking a bit white instead of green this year, but that won’t stop my puppy from wanting to jump right into the snow like a bunny would. Sweet Pea acts like a cute puppy even though she’s a senior dog. She’s a Morkie which is a Maltese / Yorkshire Terrier. She’s what they call a designer dog breed.

Because I work in the evening, my morning routine needs to be productive so that I can stay fit over 50. One of the definitions of a “That Girl” is someone who has her sh*t together… I never thought I’d be saying something like that about myself, but here I am “That Girl.”  lol 😂

6 Day Work Week | Getting Ready For Work | Quick Vlog

My 6 day work week, getting ready for work quick vlog video. I have finally found some time to create a quick vlog for my YouTube channel; it just so happens to be during one of my 6 day work weeks… lol 

I’m starting to wonder what a work / life balance looks like. 😂 

I usually have a routine every morning, because I work during the evenings and want to make the best use of time to start my day… especially when my work week is 6 days instead of 5. So in order to get ready for my night shift; I schedule my coffee time first, then workout, shower and eat a quick (400 - 600 calorie) lunch. 

“If you think you’re too big for small jobs, then maybe you’re too small for big jobs."

Covering grey hair | highlights instead of colour

Blending grey hair with highlights is way easier than dying or covering grey hair with color. I found that highlights instead of color could last up to 6 months, while coloring hair would have to be done every 5 - 6 weeks. Grey hair tends to blend in with highlights as your hair grows. 

 FYI: Depending on the consistency of your grey hair, you may want to add some lowlights to tie in darker hair strands. 

 My little hair care video is showing the first stage of going back to ash blonde highlights instead of covering grey hair with color. This is a process because I had been coloring my hair dark brown for the past year; however once we get it to the hair color I desire hair touch-ups will be less frequent.
