She began to think about it a bit. Not only that, she mentioned how the imposter Applejack and Fluttershy, as well as that evil Twilight, also came back to life in a similar way as Avarice. Perhaps the locket, as well as the other items that AJ and Fluttershy left when they camped here, had some sort of special property that reversed the effects of her magic.

Well I don’t want to hurt you again, as you said that locket that Rarity left here unknowingly is likely bound to her in some way, and it managed to reverse my spell on you.
Like I said, I only did what I had to do, even if it was something I didn’t enjoy doing. I am a spirit of peace and like to resolve conflict without force, and because you are alive again, I rather simply take the higher route this time, as you are not doing anything that I would deem a danger to Equestria, unless of course you six plan to try to take the place of my Bearers.
After all, even after those six and Starlight left, they had no idea that you six were even around, as was as being unaware that Chrysalis was here and trying to exact vengeance on them by using you. They had no idea that you were really their darker counterparts and just assumed you were the real Rarity who was suddenly have a mood shift.
I could’ve went to Princess Twilight or Celestia and Luna about this whole affair considering I been watching the whole time, but I didn’t. Because I let the queen go free after her life was endangered because of that evil Twilight nearly trying to kill her.
I see she can change her ways, but refuses to do so because she is too deep in emotional turmoil over losing her Hive and subjects because of Starlight, Trixie, Discord and Thorax’s actions against Chrysalis and just wants things to go back the way they were.
But she can only go so far before she realizes she will have to give up in the end and accept what happened as reality.
As for you, perhaps… I can overlook your actions and not tell the Princesses about you and the other imposters existence and you can go on living a normal life, granted you would have to likely not come in contact with your real counterpart as it could just stem more problems, as again they are unaware that you six even exist to begin with.
I believe in second chances for anypony, except those that are too far gone and want nothing but to do harm to Equestria as a whole. I am willing to give you a second chance, if you can try to be a better pony.
Avarice felt she had only ever done what her superiors told her. She knew better now than to follow orders blindly. Still, Harmony was mentioning her being better. Not even a month old, the doppelganger had to wonder what this even meant.
“Better? How can I be better? I am what I am,” Avarice told her. “And no. Only Meanieshy, Jackie and I came back. Not the Twilight one. She’s gone. And I’m glad...” she told the spirit. “She scared me.”
She looked down at the heavy saddle bag she had left at the tree trunk, full of things.
“Fine, I don’t want to tell the Reals that I am here. They’ll try to destroy me. I don’t want to fight. I don’t know about Jackie though. You may have to talk to her yourself.”
