✨✨Healing sounds cute but it’s not, it takes real work, but if you do the work you could be helping the next person while you do nothing but mind your own business, let me explain..

Holding a high frequency is akin to holding a bright and magnetic mirror to everyone and everything you come in contact with. Allowing those close to you to see themselves in a light as bright and true as the frequency you hold.

When you work on healing yourself, accepting negative experiences for the truth of what they were, and releasing them, you raise your own frequency.

Just by being yourself and holding your cultivated frequency you allow those who may not have done the healing work yet to witness and experience a frequency they can attune to or maybe at first clash with. This inevitably leads to the person initially experiencing some discomfort or cognitive dissonance about themselves, but that will give them reason to possibly further examine you but more importantly drive them to take a closer look at themselves. This does not mean throw away your boundaries or deliberately put yourself in harms way for the sake of others healing.

Holding a strong, high, and clear frequency will often result in spiritual and energetic attacks from those you hope to raise up. Even attempting to raise your frequency will cause this. This is because the person you come in contact with that is holding a lower frequency by natural law and natural discomfort may attempt to pull you down to their frequency unconsciously because that is where they can move comfortably. This is where you will be challenged to hold your own frequency strong, knowing the attack is not personal but instinctual.

This healing stuff sounds pretty and exciting but it is actually gut wrenching, heart pouring, ideal breaking stuff, but you can do it and the rewards are real. Peace of mind, balance, understanding, joy, things money can’t buy. If you’re already healing KEEP GOING! Healing and growth are infinite so too will the effort needed be. Together we can and do.
