Accurate, except the core also contains bits of impending doom.Â
INTP the Chameleon
Unlike most people, INTPs do not come pre-programmed with acceptable social behaviour patterns. Rather, they learn to fit in through conscious observation and deliberate mimicry.
While other people talk, the INTP watches and wonders. They observe what a person did and figure out what they should do as a response. Widening their sight, nodding, and smiling, the INTP responded with a fake social skill.
Like actors on a stage set, INTPs are playing a role. They know that being true to themselves doesnât fit too well with average people, they slowly accumulate a little acting knowledge to help them get by.
INTPs could be described as a human chameleon or a mirror. If a person is friendly, funny, boisterous, and waves their hands around a lot, the INTP will start gesticulating, speak in a louder voice, and smile and joke more to match the otherâs behaviour. And when the person  is finally gone, they will turn into their typical self which often is silent, aloof and nonchalant, and slowly cocoon themselves inside their room.
Most of the time this mimicry is unconscious and is basically the result of playing a role deeply enough that it becomes embedded. Chameleons donât have to think about changing their skin colour to match leaves and branchesâit just happens.
Not that INTPs are good actors. They only act because they have to, and only put forth as much effort as is required to get by. An INTP, for example, does not have a giant palette of varied emotional responses that seem totally genuine. Instead, they are controlling their bodies like a puppet-master controls a puppet, and the resulting clumsy imitation of reality is just not lifelike. But itâs enough to get by, as long as there isnât too much pressure.
If the pressure increases or the situation warrants it, however, an INTP will switch back to their regular selves for as long as necessary, perhaps stunning their acquaintances with a display of cool, clear, cogitant reasoning.

INTP problems
You can explain a lot of shitsâą like a superconduct, how the microwave works, the social contract by Rousseau and the french revolution ft. all the consequences, psychology theories, emotional chemistry but you canât explain your emotions without having an anxiety attack or nervous crisis.
Then, you struggle with understand your emotions using logic but canât feel be satisfied: not enough words to explain what you feel.

What stresses out INFJ
Having to focus too much on sensory/concrete details
An overload of sensory stimulation or noise
Interruptions
Distress within a close relationship
Having their values violated
Not enough alone time. Too much extraverting.
Working with closed-minded people
Lack of appreciation or understanding
Unfamiliar environments with overwhelming amounts of details

Not having a clear direction
Lack of harmony
Criticism and conflict
Not being able to use their intuition or envision the future
Having to focus too much on the present
How to help an INFJ experiencing stress
Give them space.
Reduce sensory stimulation; music, interruptions, TV, etc,..
Let them express their thoughts and feelings.
Understand that they may be irrational. Donât judge them.
Donât give advice. This will only stress them out further.
Let them take a break from some of their responsibilities
Encourage them to spend some time in nature, walking or reading a book.
Take a walk with them if they want company.
Encourage their less serious side, and let them relieve emotional tension by letting them cry through a sappy movie or novel of some sort.
Be forgiving if theyâve been overly harsh or critical while under stress. Chances are, they will feel very guilty about it.

What INFJ is like when Angry
If slightly angered, retreats and ices out the opposing party. If deeply angered (this is rare), will use every one of the other personâs weaknesses against them until they have completely psychologically undermined them.
What INFJ should do Instead (when upset)
Communicate openly with the person they are angry with in order to find a solution, rather than letting it reach a breaking point.
What INFJ Struggle with
Keeping in touch with the Physical world
What INFJ are Hard on themselves for
Being good enough/Perfectionism

Just because the world is cold sometimes, doesnât mean there arenât trustworthy people out there. Manipulating isnât always the best way to keep people in your life.
What INFJ should Never Forget
You are a pillar of strength and hope for many people. You help many of us understand what we want out of life, and give us the courage to go for it.
The MBTI Types as Arts
ESTJâArt History: an organizational art of storytelling through analyzing the past of the arts and their social and cultural contexts.
ESFJâFashion Design: serving both aesthetic pleasure and practicality, an art which must be acutely aware of and influenced by changing social expectations and trends.
ISTJâPhotography: a quiet art which often makes beautiful the everyday and aims to capture and preserve moments of reality for silent storytelling, awareness, and emotional impact.
ISFJâDrawing: a delicate art whose creative possibilities are by no means confined to one medium; an often soft and subtle representation of an image which can carry great emotional and social significance.
ENTJâGraphic Design: an art of the present and future which has the power to speak to and influence multitudes depending on how it is used.
ENTPâArchitecture: a scientific, mathematical art which is often highly politically driven, architecture creatively makes statements about its political and social context and is competitively innovative.
INTJâLogic: an art of thought and reason intrinsic to philosophy and a general love of knowledge and search for truth and deep meaning through reason.
INTPâGeometry: an artistic branch of mathematics concerned with the rational relations of spaces, volumes, and shapes; an application of pure logic into art.
ESFPâDance: a highly physical art which, often joining many together, uses the human body and its power and movement to make moving performances.
ESTPâTheater: an immediate, live performance art full of dialogue and a very human representation of emotions, experiences, politics, or any other part of our human world.
ISFPâPainting: an art of quiet presentation but strong artistic presence, a colorful storytelling which comes to life on a blank canvas.
ISTPâSculpture: a very physical and palpable art which has no limit in experimentation of materials.
ENFJâOpera: a dramatic performing art which brings other arts together into a production that is also known for creating a highly social event.
ENFPâAnimation: a playful, innovative, and technical art which involves many different aspects and can speak to the youthfulness in everyone.
INFJâClassical Music: an almost ethereal art which wordlessly speaks to the heart of what it is to be human, articulating abstractly that which is otherwise so elusive and hard to express.
INFPâLiterature: an art of creative storytelling with the opportunity to build entire worlds which can spring from a black and white page into colorful realities in the mind.
How to destroy people who read their MBTI type description and took it too seriously: the sensors
Why am I grouping the sensors together instead of giving them individual posts? Well, itâs because of shit like this, taken from the Keirsey website.
(INTPs) show the greatest precision in thought and speech of all the types. They tend to see distinctions and inconsistencies instantaneously, and can detect contradictions no matter when or where they were made.
(ISTPs) Â are the true masters of tool work, with an innate ability to command tools and to become expert at all the crafts requiring tool skills. Even from an early age they are drawn to tools as if to a magnet â tools fall into their hands demanding use, and they must work with them.
I do highly recommend you read the ISTP description on the Keirsey website if only because I imagine Keirsey interviewing ISTPs  and theyâre like âoh yes, we work with tools all the time. Weâre working with a big one right now, in fact!â. Also because the word âtoolâ will cease to have any meaning to you.Â
But my actual point is that INTPs are made out to be masters of Ti in their description and ISTPs arenât despite possessing it in equal measure. Sensors are somewhat less likely to try to be an extreme version of their descriptions because those descriptions are not flattering. I rarely, if ever, see someone online being like âyes, I know Iâm an ISTP and not an INTP because I constantly give up my weekends to work on cars and boatsâ in the same way i see âyes, I know Iâm an INTJ BECAUSE I AM ALL KNOWING AND I WILL TAKE OVER THE WORLD.â
So without further rambling:
How to destroy anâŠ
ESTJ: be perfectly socially acceptable. Marry them. Be a model spouse and community member with them: loving, a pillar of the community, successful, the whole deal. On your 30th anniversary, convince them to come with you to a remote cabin, far away from society. Reveal that youâre an anarchist and youâre leaving them, simultaneously, and take the car.
ISTJ: Invite them to go antiquing and to a used law book store, if those things exist, and give them a clear address and directions. In fact, the directions are to an audience-participation required piece of modern performance art, and you have not shown up and are not taking their calls.
ESFJ: When they begin talking to you about pleasantries, slowly take off your clothes, without breaking eye contact (rip your shirt off if necessary), while hissing menacingly.
ISFJ: Send them on a quest to destroy a ring that has the potential to hurt many people. Provide no instructions, no companions, and do not thank them.
ESTP: I was going to say drug them and drop them off at a monastery but theyâd probably take that as a challenge so probably just let the liver damage catch up.
ISTP: Take away their tools, to which they are magnetically drawn. Take the tools. Tools. Tools tools tools. Tools! Tools? Tools. TOOOOOOOLLLLLLS.
tools
ESFP: They are endlessly optimistic so do what you can to crush their spirit. Probably lock them in a room with an INTJ, INFJ, and INTP who all took their descriptions too seriously, and also perhaps a lot of Scandinavian literature.
ISFP: Destroy all of nature. All of it down to the last truffula seed. If they find a single dandelion growing through a crack in the sidewalk, they will regain their powers.
Too many things to do, my brain just freezes up. I want to go hide under some blankets.
I daydream quite a lot. It ranges from the scale of conversations Iâm nervous about having that are upcomingâand very realistic possibilities to space adventures.
