another panic attack

maybe i should do something about this soon, my mind is truly fucking at war right now... i can't tell reality from what's in my mind, everything is so fucked up at the moment... my brain is killing me... i can't feel my legs anymore for some reason and all i wanna do is just to lay down and die... the anxiety attacks are getting worse, it has been building up slowly since 5 pm and now it's on it's fucking climax.. omg... what the hell am i supposed to do? my body is turning inside out and i'm shaking and i can't breathe... i feel so lightheaded like i'm going to feint any second, it's probably because i have been hyperventilating for the past twenty minutes. holy shit i think i'm going to die... is this the end?

no. if i faint, and that's a big if... then when i wake up everything will be back to normal and i will feel as good as any other day... this is fucked up, am i supposed to feel this way? 

i really need someone right now... i can't take being pushed away like this anymore, i really need her... i really need somebody... help me...
