The New One. Where you are doing the transference. Have you done your Password on the device you are going to stop using?

Hello i'm trying to transfer the data to my new device and i'm having the error that i have to load the map before doing the transfer. I was hoping if you could show a guide on how to do It. Thanks

We just have a little update that fixes the Golden and Silver Flag Gacha. So Yay! I was suffering of that issue but hopefully is less frequent!

Hello! I'm sorry, I'm not that good at English, so I hope I'm not doing this wrong. I was really trying to recover my Hesokuri account, but couldn't. I think it is because I transfer the data once, but I totally lost the second info game. I played for years, I had a LOT of characters I really loved, I don't know what to do... Can I send you the data to the email? Sorry, I'm just checking first because I'm not sure if that is the correct thing to do. Thank you in advance, you guys are amazing.

Sorry, second ask. This is to just say thank you, as in general. I was really lost of this anime for years, but it was really important to me, and I'm loving it all over again. I found this tab while playing stages, and when I tried to translate what they are, Google Translate said the top right white box says “Selected team status 0/10 achieved” and I don’t understand the purpose of them?? I have no clue how to search for what it is, or if y'all have covered it already. The mini gray boxes say “Conditions cannot be achieved” (which I’m guessing means they’re not available anymore). There’s a whole other more recent section like that but with the multiple Shonosuke Hijirisawa that have mini green boxes instead of gray. The top white box (the same one as the one in the screenshot) /also/ has the same goal? I’m guessing it’s some kind of gacha roulette sort of thing that gives you a random character if you complete the challenge? 

Am I missing something??

What's up with the new event where you can get the "Underground VIP Pass"? What are they used for?

It’s the Underground Election event again.

The only change is this time you can accrue points to spend in the event point shop to buy a few more tickets, too. My guess is you can expect another Underground gacha to come up soon, so definitely grab those tickets if any of those sets interest you!

i have glitch when i used gold flag on new house but it's crushed and returned to my home screen.

It could be an issue with your device’s memory. Try restarting your device, then close any unnecessary background apps before loading Heso again. Also, as always, make sure you have a strong internet connection.

If you’re on iOS, I’ve seen a small number of iOS users on Twitter mention having the game crash on the flag gacha (you’re the first in our inbox, though). If that’s an issue with the game, you’ll just have to wait until Hesostaff fixes it. They haven’t said anything yet, though.

Back In October HKW staff addressed the Issue. If you are using IOS, it conflicts with the 14 version of IOS Golden and Silver Gacha Flags. There’s still not complete fix for it. It’s a rare case.
