NEW STAFF Mohammed is Student of massage therapy from Trillium College, Toronto. Trained in Western modalities including Swedish, relaxation, deep tissue, Trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy, remedial exercises, contraindications, pregnancy massage, post-treatment care. He believes we all contain an innate capability to heal and uses an intuitive approach that is combined by academic discipline to create ideal environment for your body to unwind. He strives to make a difference by helping the body heal itself through shifting from fight-or-flight mode (stress) to rest-and-heal mode. (relaxation). He also believes that Massage works best as a preventative approach to protect and/or delay injury progression. Through compassionate and careful listening he would ensure client get the best results he/she is seeking.
