Got sad and binged on donuts and chocolate mousse. They were not good. Maybe antidepressants will keep me from being sad so I don’t binge again. Food is literally NOT worth it. 🧸

some antidepressants make you eat more I take fluoxetine I believe is one of the only ones that dont make u eat more
