New Queenies who are missing out on some of the Lore™, here is a list of some of the dumbest shit each band member has ever done:

Freddie:

Mistook weed for tea, made a cup and drank it, promptly had a nervous breakdown

Nearly burnt one of their early apartments down because he tried to make French fries without adding oil to the fryer

Never learned how to drive because he figured it was too hard and someone else would do it for him. That’s not really dumb, but then he applied that same logic to why he never learned how to use a microwave

Brian:

Partied too hard with Van Halen and nearly brained himself against a toilet; thought he was dying (he wasn’t)

Roger:

Locked himself in a cupboard to get I’m In Love With My Car as a single

Later realized that meant he’d have to perform I’m In Love With My Car and didn’t realize drumming while singing onstage is a major pain in the ass

Got so drunk he didn’t recognize a song he and John wrote together when Crystal played it on the stereo

John:

Put his hand through a window and had to get stitches; I can’t remember why he did this

Threw his bass into an amp at the end of a show in a rock n roll haze. Immediately regretted it and spent all night apologizing to the roadie who had to fix all that

Had a fit and ran away to Bali

Also didn’t recognize the song when Crystal played it (the three of them were together at the time)
