It’s finally completed. I’m pleased to introduce you to my Botanical Joy, a chunky vintage botanical #junkjournal , soft fabric cover, loaded pockets and tags, flips flaps and folds. Vintage #ephemera , laces and old embroidery. Thanks to @thepaperoutpost for the idea of the note from the bookmaker and the writing board that I’ve hidden inside. #30flowers project is going on well in my #naturejournal . For the first time ever I am able to draw without copying, thanks to the precious lessons of @alinalupu.art . I am messing up with ink very often (always be sure if your ink is waterproof!), but I feel like I’m learning so much and improving flower by flower ———- Continua il progetto #30flowers per il mese di giugno. My #fountainpen and #dippen collection with my favorite inks. Everyday I choose one and ink it with the color that matches my mood. Sometimes I write in black but mostly in blue or brown. I would love to expand the collection heading towards vintage pens. Do you have a favorite pen? Lately, I have less time than usual for drawing because I’m studying for an important public exam. Nevertheless I’m trying to dedicate 15 minutes every day to my passion. Drawing is mainly a matter of practice.
