Well I brushed this handsome fella the other night and a ton of hair came off him but it seems like his hair loss isn’t as bad as I thought. He’s definitely losing his undercoat and he’s left with a thin top coat of fur. I do think the thyroid meds are helping. They are actually laying together!!! This never happens. Dexter doesn’t like to cuddle and usually tries to show teeth if paisley gets too close (he’s all talk) but they had to get that prime spot next to the hubby. #ilovemydogs #pug #sheltie #cuddlebuds #seniordogsrule

When you have food an you aren't sharing with Paisley she gives you this pitiful face. Her hiding behind the footstool cracks me up. I always play that "I always feel like somebody's watching me" song in my head.

Paisley has a love/hate relationship with lamb chop. We have 3 lamb chop toys 2 small ones and this bigger one. Paisley just loves playing with it.

Got my ugly tribal tattoo covered up with a pug wearing a paisley print scarf. It's the first session. I'm going to get more once this heals. My little brother did this tattoo for me.

I have no idea how this is comfortable. She will lay across my feet too. I told her she has a bunch of new followers. So hi everybody!

Paisley's surgery went well but I feel so bad for her. We got 3 days worth of pain meds. The one pic is of her incision on her hind leg from a big mast cell tumor. It looks so painful. Today is Saturday and in one week she can get the staples out. She's been resting up. My poor pug. No word about the tumors they sent them off to Purdue to be tested. I love this pug so much.

Tomorrow Paisley has surgery to remove 3 mast cell tumors. She has one on her hind leg, her front leg that's really small, and one on her chest. The vet is going to send the tumors off to the lab to find out if they are high grade or low grade tumors. I guess the low grade tumors are common in short haired dogs and aren't too serious. I'm hoping that's all it is. I love this dog to death she means the world to me. I'm trying to be positive but I catch myself welling up with tears at the very thought of her having cancer. Send good thoughts our way tomorrow (June 15) I'll keep everyone posted on how she does and what the verdict is on the tumors.
