Makin a soup with the chard. Soup that chard!

Those colors!

Had to rescue my garden tonight from winter's delayed arrival. A huge bush amount of lemon verbena. Way to much parsley. A bag FULL of Swiss chard. And far too much pineapple sage and other herbs. I couldn't even get it all!

My garden is so confused. Strawberries! In December. Everything is budding.

Entirely garden sauce. Sautéed tomatoes, broiled and puréed pepper sauce, and blanched chard with some golden cherry tomatoes for good measure. Boom.

Sink full of chard... And some peppers. From da garden.

Found a use for those #shiso leaves! Juice! And it's awesome!! Gonna make a cocktail with it. Still have plenty shiso and it's a 4 ingredient recipe. Water, shiso, lemon, sugar.
