M C Escher Inspired :: How it was done

First I took a standard selfies (DSLR on tripod) and then I stretch it vertically a little and then created a polar transformation. This ensured that when seen on a cylindrical reflective surface (eg. metal coffee cup) from above the original portrait would be re-transformed to a normal perspective
