Three Rounds Of Striving Soul

Going through rounds that would drain your mind, body and spirit at times. But there’s a light at the end of the tunnel to make things brighter. After all we went through the first half of the year, we need some spiritual cleaning within ourselves to get through the rest of the year on a positive note.

I called this style board “Pushing Through Hard Times With Style” because it represents strength that we need amid these troubled times. Not to give into stress, self-destruction, depression and negativity with a clear head to stay focus. Also to show love to others who needs it and be present in the moment to stay strong. Eddie is a great example of pushing through those times with style, strength and humility. That’s what people needs from all walks of life. A great look ensemble to wear in the summer and shows a different type of heritage look with a laid-back vibe.

This style mood board is the first of another four style mood board dedication project. This time is dedicated to a man with an incredible Red Wing Heritage collection. His name is Eddie (aka Instagram’s Redwingeddie) from Arizona. His style is a mixture of selvedge (”self edge” of denim fabric that prevents unraveling) and sartorial (that relates to tailoring style of clothing) which is distinctive and strong. I put together those two styles in one. And they came out as “Selvedtorial”. Every man in the rugged community would like to be a part of that culture. This is the time to find peace, strength and wisdom within ourselves and take our time to savor and cherish it. In our busy lives, we don’t have time to sit down and take a breather because everything around us rushing through our eyes. It felt like we kept on running without stopping to save our lives. “Don’t Give Up On Love, Show It!” is the name of the second mood board of the four style board dedication project. It was inspired by the positive spirit of Adam aka Denimmindset. Love is what we all need in the world. It gives us hope, peace and positive outlook on life, even when it’s not at its’ best at times. Also in my prospective, Denim is one of the resources of healing because the color of Indigo represents spirituality, devotion, and dignity that we tirelessly maintaining. We need to work hard to rebuild what was broken to make it stronger and better than ever with love, strength and faith. Don’t give up on love to give negativity more credit, show it to others around you and to yourself. You’ll be thankful for that.

This mood board is the first of the four style mood board dedication project. The project is dedicated to one of the stylish, humble and positive gentlemen in the denim community, Adam Glinsky.
