Ya know people give Phoenix shit for being dumb or at the very least slow on the uptake (and he is sometimes) but sometimes he does points out smart possibilities that I, myself, hadn’t thought of. Also, even when he points out something that seemed obvious to us from earlier on, the other characters often hadn’t figured it out.
