Donkeys are a lot like horses and can be ridden when you tame them.

You need to have an empty hand. Mount the donkey (or attempt to) repeatedly and eventually it will display hearts and is then tame.

Tamed donkeys can be fed golden apples and golden carrots to enter “love mode.” Get two donkeys together in love mode and watch the magic happen.
