Feeling burnt out from all these appts - for physical health stuff as well as mental health stuff. Having to miss work for them makes me feel like I’m a terrible employee even though that’s literally what sick time is for.

I keep having stress dreams that I’m admitted to res - the location is very similar to TK even though dreaming me is aware they closed. In my dreams I know I’m married and am freaking out about my husband leaving me bc I’m in treatment. I hate being constantly stressed, even when I’m unconscious
