Shackled demons can’t break loose

Closet full of broken bones

Past pain leaves only stains

Of broken love and broken dreams

Self reflections ever changing

It hard to look him in the eyes

For he my greatest demon holds the key to my demise

After all this time I find myself defending what we use to be. I don’t know why. I am only filled with rage when I hear anyone try to defile theses memories. Maybe because they can’t see it was all my fault. Or maybe I just cherish us to much, either way I’m sorry it’s to late. As I’ve been growing, I’ve noticed the coward I use to be and I realize I have let you down. But I’m not him anymore. I’m so much stronger and even though we have both moved on it doesn’t take away the fact that we were each other’s everything for 5 years. You were my best friend and I miss you deeply. I still miss you. Still. Some days I wonder if we could be friends. Like legitimately. But I’ve realized the heart is to weak for love. It so easily Persuaded by newer unknown people and even old loves. So all I can do is keep my promise to you and pray every day that you find the happiness you deserve and that god always blesses you. Because you deserve the galaxy’s and all it’s stars and all it’s love. I Love you, sleep with the angels.

I try and fool myself thinking I can live without you but I can’t. There was something we had wether it’s love or friendship that I yearn for. Your selflessness has touched my heart and without it a part of my world is gray as if I’m living a half life. Odd being happy with what you have but realize you still want more. Selfish... I’m so selfish.

It seems a lot easier for you to just forget. But I don’t blame you. I wasn’t at my best to give you the love and attention you truly deserve. Maybe that’s why I think about you all the time Because you’re the one I wanted everything to workout with. And now I’m just left with all these memories and failed attempts of being a good man to you. Now I’m driven and 100 percent better then the old me. I only wish you could have seen this side of me And bask in the goodness you created.

Why do you have to have so many dope post that I wanna like but can’t cause I have to be respectful and let you live a great life without any interruptions from your best friend of an ex hahahaha

I cant really describe how much I truly miss you. My prayers and thoughts are with you love. Stay sweet.

It is much more then memories.

It’s The past that keeps us tied together

But it’s even more then that.

Our time together gave me the opportunity to

More loving then resentful.

More giving then greedy.

But I realized something.

Yes It may seem as if we are strangers.

If you only knew about this page. You would see me for all I am. Maybe even forgive me. But right now it would only bring sadness. I can’t just come running back like I think about. My heart is split in two and I have to be an adult and a good father and see things through. But I love you and will never stop. And it will never be a lie. I think of you everyday and if you knew that, what would you really think? But stay strong your doing amazing and I’m so proud of you and your strength.

I guess I have to learn how to deal with the distance.

Some nights he lies awake wondering what would have happened if he said “now.. right now.”

So all he can say to himself to ease the pain is that he’ll see her soon.
