Artbook Ideas

Im thinking about some possible artbook ideas, I know a lot of people tend to do a small sketchbook style one full of traditional work that a lot of people don’t get to see posted online. I think this would be pretty cool for a first book maybe.

Or i could do a full book on dragons/creatures I have dawn over the years, maybe do some artwork that will only be in the book and not posted anywhere online?? or i could always make some little postcards to go with them.

I have far too many ideas at the moment I don’t know what to pick!!

Also on a side note, if anyone wants commissions done I am open to drawing headshots/torso up of creatures/dragons or characters (similar to the way im working on the Kota Fujiki piece) so just message me. You can probably get hold of me easier on Twitter and deviantart since it will show up on my phone. I will try and work on getting a commission sheet up at some point.

Im thinking of doing a couple God Eater prints, especially since I can never find any at events and want some up on my walls :)

Some artwork i am currently working on, Im hoping to get these done soon but I keep switching between them to stop myself from getting too focused on one area.

Im also thinking onf maybe designing an artbook, maybe a creature/dragon based one? or just a general artbook maybe?

Hoping to be working on some new projects now hand in for university is done. Im excited to be starting my new course in september, but until then I will be joining in with some projects and starting some new ones.

Another piece of homework complete, im hoping the colours look ok on other monitors coz my screen is pretty bad for accurate colours. I will check on the monitors at my university to see.

Couple of projects I’m trying to complete at the moment. Sometimes you just need to take a step back from a project and work on something else, that way you wont loose interest ina project and when you look back on it you can see what steps you need to take next. In a way it refreshes your perspective of the piece it also stops me from stressing over what im working on.

Crustacean creatures for class today, I do like how these look and I wish I managed to produce twice as many. But oh well they where fun to do.

Using silhouettes to make creatures for a university project, this time creatures based on Crustaceans, gonna have more of these but Im quite fond of these 2.

Something I finished yesterday for my university homework, it was definitely new doing something that wasn’t human or a creatures. But it was fun to try. I would however do this a lot differently next time ( I will actually spend more than a couple hours on it too)

I have been attempting to try and work with different techniques to see what works and what doesn’t, its also helping me find way to complete work at a much quicker pace so i can produce a lot more work.

Im also finally starting to get used to using colour a little more.
