Same here. I’ve been done for a while now, though.
Oh right, which shows did you walk in again?
Now that all of my shows are done for the week I'm pretty excited to actually like... watch some.
Why don’t you be the one to record then?
I would, but I'll either be walking as well or too busy laughing.
Who says it wont be you?
Oh, sweetie, we know it won't be me. It's just not possible.
New York Fashion Week is highly publicized with media everywhere, there’s good videos of all the shows everywhere, Nara.
Fair enough. I just wanna be super sure, you know?
If one of you trips on the catwalks today and no one gets a good video of it I'm gonna be pretty pissed.

Nara: Oh my god
Nara: The best feeling in the world tbh I'm on my way.
The Makeup Chair || Wyatt + Nara
Wyatt was pleased with how well his idea resonated with Nara. When he heard the girl muse about how she would create it, he got excited. “That sounds awesome.” the boy chimed as he clapped his hands twice in anticipation. Peacocks were always something that interested Wyatt as a child. Birds in general, but the more colors the better, in his eyes.
Through the reflection of the mirror and the sides of his eyes, Wyatt glimpsed at the colors she was putting away and taking out. She had quite the collection. “Do you, like, do makeup? Like for people?” He inquired. He was quite impressed with the amount she had. Most models he met didn’t carry that much with them, but then again he had never stayed in a house with 29 other ones for a month.
"Right?" Nara agreed, excited to start. "And trust me, when I'm done your eyes are going to stand out more than they ever have before." She was quite happy that he'd come up with the idea and that she'd been able to picture it. She knew creating it would be a little bit harder than just imaging it, but the challenge was definitely something she was up to.
She pulled a makeup sponge from her bag and grabbed her tube of eye primer, setting to work preparing Wyatt's eyelids. "Close your eyes." She instructed, thinking about his question. "I really like doing makeup for other people, and I have a huge interest in cosmetology, but obviously my main focus is modelling. I don't have a lot of time for anything else." She told him. In all honesty, she loved doing makeup, both her own and other people's, but if she had to pick a career it would be modelling hands down.
The Makeup Chair || Wyatt + Nara
"Oh shit," Wyatt muttered. He didn’t realize she would want to take pictures. Not that he was embarrassed of wearing makeup — how could he be when he wore it as a career — he was just nervous about the outcome of a non-professional doing it. "Ah, what the hell! Like, it matters." He rejoiced as he took a seat in the chair. He frowned slightly at his bed head, but realized again that it didn’t matter. He had to learn how to relax.
He thought intensely for a moment for an answer to Nara’s question, but came up blank. “I honestly don’t know. Obviously something that goes with light blue eyes, but you can honestly go in any direction with me.” He responded. Then, an idea struck Wyatt. “How about a peacock inspired look?” he suggested. This was going to be an interesting picture.
Nara was confused for a moment, not understanding where Wyatt's sudden displeasure had come from. It took her a second to realize he probably hadn't known she'd planned to take pictures, but that was half the fun; she loved showing off her work. Of course she didn't have to if he really didn't want her too, she just hadn't thought he'd be camera shy with the type of job they both had.
She smiled when he seemed to get over his moment of fear and relax. "A peacock look hmm?" She thought over his suggestion, trying imagine how it would look. "That would be cool. Vibrant blues and greens with a hint of pink to highlight. I think that would be perfect." She was already starting to picture it as she put away the pallets she wasn't going to need.
The Makeup Chair || Wyatt + Nara
After lounging in bed for a good hour or two, scrolling through his social medias, Wyatt got a text from Nara to come to her room. He got up and put on a t-shirt from his suitcase, which remained unpacked, and made his way to her room. The house was unusually quiet as his slipper clad feet made their way down the cool tiled hall. Everyone was probably still worn down from last night, he figured.
Once Wyatt had located Nara’s room, he rapped on it twice with his knuckle before twisting the knob. “I’m ready for my close-up.” He joked as he stepped in an shut the door behind him. The blonde was in front of the vanity that came furnished in each room, setting out all the product she was going to test on Wyatt. He eyed all of them quickly and grew curious at the strange shades of eye-shadow Nara had on display.
Nara couldn't help but be excited as she heard Wyatt knock on her door. One of her favourite things to do was mess around with makeup. Sure it was fun to do on herself, but creating looks on other people was double as amusing. She smiled at him as he entered the room, giggling a little at his words. "Oh we'll get the the picture taking after, we need to put your face on first." She said with a smile, gesturing for him to take a seat. In front of the vanity.
She grabbed one of the brushes from the table as she waited for him to take his seat, quickly cleaning it and making sure there wasn't any colour left on it from the last time she'd used it. "So, what colours should we go with, any preferences?" She asked.
The Makeup Chair || Wyatt + Nara
Nara had been in a sort of lazy boredom all day. There was only a few days left before fashion week officially started, and so she wasn't busy at all yet. It blew her mind to think that in just a few short days she would be walking for some of her favourite designers almost never catching a break, instead of lounging around longing for something to do.
When Wyatt had suggested she go play with makeup and Nara had retaliated jokingly that she do his, she had not thought he'd actually agree to it. However, he had agreed to it, and since doing his makeup would offer her a way to kick her boredom, Nara saw no reason as to why she shouldn't break out her makeup bag and get to work. She texted Wyatt to come to her room, and began pulling the necessary brushes and pallets from her bag.
I think I’m the only model that hasn’t watched America’s Next Top Model. I sure as sugar feel like I’m missin’ out.
Oh my gosh, that show is honestly the best. I would definitely recommend it.
I'd usually decline, but I have a curiosity as to how blue my baby blues can get. The makeup chair awaits.
Fantastic. Now that you mention it, I'm quite curious myself.
"You could always ask someone to be your tour guide!"
"I guess that's true. So, Rowen, wanna be my tour guide?"
You could jump off the top of the roof — momentary relief to your lacking enjoyment but only once.
As, um... tempting as that sounds I think I'll pass. Thanks.
Yeah, but what kind of cute girls would approach me if I was a damn guidance counsellor? The crazy ones Look, if you want to sit around and wait for someone to entertain you then do that. Why would I give a shit? but I don’t think anything will happen any time soon so, get yourself comfortable while you can.
Ah yes and the chicks are the most important thing, aren't they? Whatever. I said nothing about sitting around, all I said was that I'd rather ask first and then look on my own. It's not lazy, it's efficient.
Anyway, forget that for a second. I'd like your opinion on something. Not because I value it, but because there's literally no one else here right now. If I was to go exploring, where would you suggest I start?
