Daylight Savings

When people ask me what’s my favorite season I always say the winter time

And I always specify that my favorite time always is in the month of Nov

Some people assume that the winter time is my favorite because of the holidays and how it’s all about family

But if they only knew the real reason

In November daylight savings ends , meaning that we get an hour back

A lot of people would look at me crazy and say why would this be your favorite time ? It gets darker faster and time feel relatively slower

And its true , those things do suck but we gain an hour

An hour more where I can think of you

An hour more spent together

An hour more of being mesmerized by your dark brown eyes

An hour more of being able to hear your laugh

An hour more of your cologne lingering

An hour more of you
