i also went to the beach yesterday and that beach trip was the best one ever i floated in the water and paddle boarded and laid in the sun i felt like my body did a reset. i can’t wait to continue going to the beach all summer.

i successfully stopped breast feeding 2 weeks ago and i lost so much weight already it’s crazy how much my appetite diminished when im not supplementing nutrition for another human being like i would be hungry all day with an insatiable hunger and now i might eat a lil breakfast and a lil dinner and i get FULL. i’m so grateful bc i really thought the hunger/eating habits would stick since i was breast feeding for 1.5 years. last time i hit a weight goal i got pregnant tho so im cautious lol

today was a good day i slept in while my bd gave the baby breakfast and then we went grocery shopping together and then i put the baby for a nap and we went to the gym, took the baby to the park, she didn’t wanna go back inside so i took her for a walk around the neighborhood and this stray cat followed us home and i’ve never been a cat person so i thought it was so cute then we made dinner and ate tortasssss and they were so bomb

i’m also like super ready to quit breast feeding it’s been a good run and i feel super accomplished but i’m also scared and don’t know where to start/stop im just tired of getting terrible sleep and having an insatiable hunger after every feeding.

omg i met my sisters gf for the first time and she’s great She’s nice pretty friendly smart and she got the giggles which i think is super cute… the only thing is that we share the same name 😭 it’s so weird to call her by her name lol.
