Holy hell, someone linked me something on Tumblr and I now remember it exists. Man, has it been a while since I’ve checked this place out.

Man, have I changed. Reading back through old posts..... I definitely had my edgy phase. Its not....completely over, but I think I’m definitely in a better place now.

For anyone that actually kept up with me here, here’s the cliffnotes of my life since I was last really around (college !!!!): 

* Got job, have been with the company like 3 years now

* Have two cars, love them to death but constantly breaking

* Bought house, adulting is scary, roomates are great

* Deeeeeeeeeefffffffiiinnniiitttteeeely gayer. Also definitely ace.

* Commited social suicide from the main group I hung around (for the best but still reeling from that one. Have been since....uh....2017?)

I think I’ll try to hang around here more, I kinda missed it honestly. My main haunts are Twitter, FA, and Telegram so if you want to poke me there, go for it.

This is bad but I need to put it somewhere so if you don’t want to read angsty rambling, turn away now: 

I am technically fine. Aside from the occasional back cracking or wrist being sore as I rotate it, I’m perfectly fine. Yet, i don’t feel fine. I think I’m maybe an hour away from loosing my grip on it all. Except, I don’t even know what that would entail. I don’t have a life outside of school or what’s required of me. Theres nothing I really enjoy…or theres too many things I tell myself that I’d enjoy. I just want to play a game of League, I trick myself. But as soon as I sit down to play, the want is gone. I can’t tell what satisfaction I’d get, or if its even worth. Nothing I do feels like its worth doing, so why do it? So much of my day if I’m not doing schoolwork is just trying to kill enough time to get through. Very little that is satisfying or that I look forward to.

I have a job to go to after I graduate. I need to graduate. But its not like that changes much of anything. IF the summer was any indicator, I’ll go to work and be okay, but as soon as I’m home from work, everything falls apart. Can I even keep a job when I’m not even sure what i really want to be doing. Can I keep a job when really I’m just an unpleasant person? Theres so much that I have to try to keep from people, so much that I’m really thinking that I have to hide from everyone. Apparently, I’m good at it. I’m ambassador of departments and many people have said I’m a really cheerful person. Anyone who’s been around me long enough knows that I’m just a petty existence. There’s literally nothing really worthwhile or special that I do. My friends say that’s not true, but how much are they just trying to cheer me up…? But then again, Its rude of me to just assume that of them, just digging the pit deeper.

I want to be around people. Then I have to put the mask back on and I can hide behind it for a little bit. But the mask doesn’t completely fit. I’m too full of bad vibes and unpleasantness, and I don’t want to ruin their time. Especially when its the same cycle over and over again, never ending. The same things we’ve been through before. The little progress made, then completely erased, and we’re back to right where we started. Nothing’s changed.

Nothing ever changes for the better. Only worse.

Also if you’re wondering why Daisy can speak Spanish, despite my headcanon of the world they live in not being our world, I’d imagine the Sarasaland Kingdom being their equivalent to Latin America. I’m gonna choosing specific kingdoms of the mushroom world to pull from our real world countries and cultures (for example, Metro Kingdom will be inspired by America, Koopa Kingdom possibly Asia, not too sure for Mushroom Kingdom yet :/). I def need to do some research so I can try to implement some of the aspects of the culture outside of just the language but uhhhhh ye! owo
