Everyone you meet may have many battles that go inside of them. Be kind. Love them. Cherish them. They are weird and amazing because of the battles they've endured growing up and continue to endure in everyday life. I'm so lucky that i am 10 years removed from any sort of medication for anxiety and depression. But that isn't to say that I still have my quiet struggles. It's why I think every day at how blessed I am to have the souls in my life that just make me so darn happy. Know that if one has problems, there is always a shoulder to lean upon, there is always another voice or person on the other end of a phone call or text. And know, it DOES get better. #WorldMentalHealthDay ✌🏻🙂❤️

To some, the view from the window of a BART train is mundane.
