Friday - my favourite day of the week by a long shot, not just because "Cheers to the freakin' weekend" but because of the opportunity the day provides. For me, it's the day to reflect and reboot; reflect on the past week and how I could do better the following week through the lessons I learned and the mistakes I made, and then reboot, with a clear, focused, and driven game plan towards becoming a better version of myself. It's a great day to reflect on your self-care as well. Have you connected with your faith? Have you taken care of your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health? What can you do better next time? Personally, I love taking Fridays and the weekends to pray, spend time with family, journal, spend time outdoors, and take some alone time out to myself. The weekend gives you the chance to recharge before that reboot, so you can get a running start to the coming week. Do you take out time to reflect and reboot? What's your process?
