A Gamer’s Dream

[Hajime Hinata x Chiaki Nanami]

Chiaki’s POV:

Her eyes fluttered open as she awoke from a long slumber. Had she even been sleeping? She couldn’t remember. The last memory she had was being crushed by the large Tetris block during her execution. Curious, she looked around. Her surroundings were pure white, not a single thing in sight. She was so confused. Where was she?

“Nanami? Did you download already?”

She looked up and saw a huge screen, displaying a boy with one red eye and one green. She knew exactly who he was.

“Hinata?” The boy smiled and nodded.

“How am I alive right now..?”

“We managed to find and download your code. We were going to make a robot body for you, but for now, you’re stuck in a DS.” Hajime explained with a nervous chuckle. “d-don’t worry though! It won’t take long and being inside the DS isn’t that bad-“

“What do you mean?” She titled her head, confused. His eyes darted around the screen before she heard that beautiful noise: the DS start up music. She smiled, but was quickly taken by surprise when the area around her changed. She was now in... Pokemon Ruby?

“You can play as the main character in any game now.. it’ll keep you entertained for a while.” said Hajime, “do you think you’ll be alright?”

Too focused on the area, she ignored Hajime as she walked towards the tall grass. Inside were multiple different types of Pokemon. Her eyes lit up with delight as she looked back up at the screen, smiling brightly.

“This is perfect, Hinata, thank you..!”

“No problem, Nanami, now go have fun.”

She nodded and began playing with the wild Pokemon.

Hajime smiled and put the DS down on the table. He was happy that he could see the gamer girl again. She seemed happy too so he was sure everyone else would be too. It made his smile widen. He was glad he had such great friends.

An Apology

Hello everyone!! I’m really sorry for my inactivity for the past few months. I’d lost my motivation to write and its been pretty sucky. Don’t worry though! I’ve finally been able to write so don’t be shy, drop a fanfic request in my inbox!!

Tired

[Hajime Hinata x Nagito Komaeda]

Nagito’s POV:

I was waiting outside Hajime’s house. He said we could spend some time together today, but he hadn’t come out of his cottage yet. I was getting worried. Perhaps Hajime had changed his mind, and wanted nothing to do with me anymore... but with a heavy sigh, I knocked again, louder this time. I heard movement from the other side of the door. It was sluggish, as if the brunette was dragging something across the floor. The door slowly opened and Hajime emerged. His hair was a mess, he had bags under his eyes, he was barely dressed. He rubbed his eyes and looked up at me.

“...Komaeda...?”

His voice was barely above a whisper. He looked like he was about to collapse. I held onto him, wrapping my arm around his waist.

“What happened, Hinata-Kun?” I asked, concern laced in my voice.

“...I’m so.. so tired... I don’t... I don’t wanna go on anymore...” he yawned and wrapped his arms around my neck and rested his head in my neck. I blushed, but shook my head softly. Now is not the time. I rubbed Hajime’s back with my free hand, hoping to comfort him.

“You got out of bed this morning.. thats good enough for me,” I smiled as he whispered a small thank you into my ear, “lets go back inside, I can help you out.”

I helped the brunette back into his cottage and sat down next to him on the bed. Someone as filthy and disgusting as me shouldn’t be allowed to be so close to an Ultimate, so close to Hajime, but I couldn’t say that out loud, not right now. My main priority was him. He needed my help. He clung to me, perhaps it was just the lack of sleep kicking in. He would never normally do this. ‘Don’t think of it as anything special, Hinata-Kun is just tired..’ I thought as he nuzzled into my neck.

Suddenly, he pulled me down onto his bed, causing me to lay next to him. I felt my cheeks burn crimson red as he snuggled into my chest.

“H-Hinata-Kun?!”

“Can we just spend time together here..? I don’t feel like going out anymore...” he whispered, clawing at my shirt, as if he was trying to keep me from leaving. I sighed and began to stroke his hair.

“Of course, Hinata-Kun. Anything for you.” I smiled as he yawned and fell back asleep. I was worried, of course, but he needed more sleep and if I have to cuddle him to do so, then I don’t mind. As long as I’m useful, I don’t mind.

“Goodnight, Hinata-Kun. I love you.”

“Yo Togami! Want me to tell your fortune?” Asked Yasuhiro as he ran up to me. I scoffed.

“As if I need a fortune to tell me whether I will be successful or not,” I replied as I continued to walk.

“Nah man, I can tell you other things like your love life!” He said with a smile. I stopped and sighed.

“If you’ll leave me alone after, then fine,” I replied.

“Hell yeah man! Now gimme your hand!” He exclaimed. I hesitantly gave him my hand. He closed his eyes and focused. I was slightly flustered by the gesture. Yasuhiro finally opened his eyes and snapped his fingers.

“I got it!” He said happily.

“What does it say?” I asked curiously.

“You’ll go on a date today!” He answered.

“Did it say who?” I questioned.

“With me!” He said as he held my hand tightly. I blushed as he began leading me off school grounds.

“C’mon Togami! Lets go get some food!”

Escape

[Nagito Komaeda x Izuru Kamukura]

Nagito’s POV:

“Servant, your services are no longer needed!”

“Wha...what??”

“He said you’re useless to us now!”

“I don’t understand... I did everything you asked of me.”

“Yeah, and the Warriors of Hope don’t want you around anymore! Instead you’ll be locked up!”

Unfortunately, I was locked away in a basement under Towa City. I would be fed disgusting food twice a day and that was it. It seems they finally threw away trash like me. Its fitting in a way. I guess I was always destined to die alone. I couldn’t even see my friends one last time. It was upsetting. I missed them. There is nothing that can be done now. I must accept my fate.

It was another day, or I thought it was. I don’t have a very good sense of time down here. Anyway, Jataro came walking down the stairs with a tray of horrid food, if you could even call it that.

“Hehee... here you go Servant...” he said as he opened the cell door and chucked the tray at me. I barely caught it and just stared at it. He closed the door and left, giggling along the way. I tasted a bit, but nearly threw up at the smell. I guess scum like me deserves this treatment.

Hours of boredom. Hours of watching the dust move from each floor tile to the next. Fortunately, my boredom stopped when I heard the sound of footsteps. It was not time for me to be fed again, so why was someone coming downstairs? I looked towards the stairs and saw him. Izuru Kamukura. That same expressionless face. The same beautiful red eyes. The same long silky hair. It was him. I grabbed onto the bars of my cell and stared at him as he walked towards me. I reached my hand out to touch him, I had to make sure he was real. When my bony fingers touched his porcelain skin, I felt tears swell up in my eyes.

“Kamukura-Kun... I missed you so much..!” I cried as I rested my head on the cell bars. Izuru placed his hand on top of mine and gave me a small smile.

“I will get you out,” he said before his smile faded. I nodded frantically, I was still hysterical.

As I wiped away my tears, I heard the cell door creak open. I looked up and saw that Izuru had opened the door. I slowly walked through before breaking down again.

“Trash like me doesn’t deserve such kindess!” I exclaimed as I tugged at the roots of my hair. The long haired boy pulled my hands away, causing me to look up at him.

“Lets go home,” said Izuru as I nodded again. He held my hand tightly and led me home, away from this hell hole.

Personally, I don’t ship Saimota, because I don’t really like Kaito, but the ship itself is very wholesome. And because you asked, you shall receive!

Star Gazing

[Shuichi Saihara x Kaito Momota]

Shuichi’s POV:

Training with Kaito can be one of two things. Either one, you do end up training and you’re exhausted afterwards, or two, you end up laying around and looking at the stars. Fortunately, we were star gazing.

“Shuichi! Look how beautiful the stars look tonight!” Exclaimed Kaito as I laid down beside him.

“Yeah, they’re really pretty,” I said as I gave him a smile. The astronaut started pointing out constellations, but I wasn’t really paying attention. I was slowly falling asleep.

“Shuichi? You okay?” He asked as I looked over at him.

“Hm? Oh, yeah, just tired,” I answered with a yawn. Kaito thought for a moment before taking off his coat and giving it to me.

“Use it as a blanket! You’ll get cold if you just sleep on the grass,” he said with a wide smile. I blushed and nodded before draping the jacket over me. Kaito laid down beside me and began telling me all about the different planets and stars. His soothing voice helped me fall fast asleep.

“Shuichi? Oh... goodnight, have a good rest.”

This is the best Danganronpa prompt I’ve ever come up with.

So, I thought of a really cool idea for Hajime and Izuru. Basically, Hajime is trapped inside Izuru’s mind, imagine its like a cell. He’s watching through a screen, which is really just Izuru’s eyes, all the horrible things Junko does. When Izuru finds Chiaki dying on the floor, Hajime is filled with so much guilt that he breaks out of his cage and punches the screen. That is why Izuru started crying; Hajime broke free. Unfortunately, he is dragged by the feet back into that cage by the shadows at the back of his mind. He is forced to watch the Remnants cause despair around the world until he is freed thanks to the Neo World Program, but not entirely free. He now shares the mindscape with Izuru. They take turns controlling Hajime’s body and they co-exist with one another.

I don’t know if someone else has thought of this concept, but I think its really cool!

Emotional

[Izuru Kamukura x Nagito Komaeda]

Nagito’s POV:

Izuru had the despair disease. I’m not sure how, I’m not sure why, all I know is that he needs taking care of. Mikan comes over to our dorm every so often to check up on him. I haven’t seen Izuru how a few days since Mikan said to leave him in his room. I was upset that I couldn’t talk to him, but I had to listen to her. She was the Ultimate Nurse, so I had to trust her words.

Today, Mikan came to check up on Izuru again. I was sitting down on the couch, waiting for her to tell me how he’s doing. Soon, she came out and walked over to me.

“U-Um... Kamukura is g-g-getting better... y-you can v-v-visit him now...” she said nervously.

“Thank you Tsumiki, I appreciate it,” I replied with a smile. She nodded and left the dorm. I suppose I’ll try make him some soup.

Once I finished making him some food, I knocked on his door, before entering with the bowl in hand. I placed the soup on his bedside table before sitting down on the side of his bed. The long haired boy was looking away from me. I placed my hand ontop of his, but he yanked his hand away.

“Kamukura-Kun? What’s wrong?” I asked worriedly. I grabbed his hand and held it tightly. I felt the tension in his body fade. The long haired boy finally turned to face me. Tears streamed down his cheeks.

“This disease is making me have emotions,” he said as he tried to wipe them away, “I hate it.”

Gently, I placed a hand on his cheek and wiped away the tear falling from his eye with my thumb.

“You’ve always had emotions, the despair disease just enhances them,” I explained with a smile, “you’re still you.”

I hugged him as he sobbed softly into my shirt. He was going to be fine. He’s strong, a stupid disease can’t stop him from being himself, even if it makes him a little emotional.

Milkshakes

[Hajime Hinata x Nagito Komaeda]

Nagito’s POV:

As I dialled Hajime’s number into my phone, I stared at the mess in my kitchen. There was so much sticky pink liquid, supposed to be a strawberry milkshake, splattered across the wall. I sighed. I really am trash.

“Nagito? Why’re you calling me at... 7pm?”

“I need your help.”

I heard him sigh.

“What did you do?”

“I may have made a mess in my kitchen that I can’t clean up by myself.”

“...I’m coming, be there in ten.”

“Thank you, Hinata-Kun!”

The call ended and Hajime was on his way.

Soon, the doorbell rung. I opened the door and saw a very annoyed Hajime standing in the cold.

“Sorry for calling you so randomly, Hinata-Kun,” I said as I let him inside, “I didn’t know who else to call.”

“Its fine, not like I was busy anyway,” he replied as we walked towards the kitchen, “now what did you-”

Hajime stared blankly at my kitchen. His eyes darted around the room, scanning every single mess that I created.

“What were you trying to do??” Asked the brunette, clearly very concerned and confused.

“I was trying to make a milkshake, but I’m a walking hazard,” I explained, “scum like me can’t even do something as simple as make a drink... I’m so sorry for making you deal with this Hinata-Kun.”

“You’re not trash, you’re not scum. You’re just unlucky, thats all,” said Hajime as he walked into my bathroom and grabbed cleaning supplies, “lets get rid of the problem first.”

I smiled at him and we began cleaning the entire kitchen. Getting rid of the liquid stains on the wall, some on the floor and my counter.

Once we finished, Hajime looked around at the room happily.

“Much better,” said the brunette as he put away the suppiles. He walked back into the kitchen and stood by the counter. He grabbed the remains of my milkshake ingredients and began working. A few minutes later, he gave me a glass of strawberry milkshake.

“Alright, there’s your milkshake,” he said as he began walking towards the door.

“Don’t you want any?” I asked, causing him to stop. Hajime looked at me, then the door, and then back at me.

“...yeah,” he said as he walked back towards me. I grabbed some straws from my cupboard and placed them in the drink. Hajime and I drank the milkshake in silence, our faces inches apart. The brunette was blushing the entire time, which made me smile.

He’s really cute when he’s embarrassed.

[Shuichi Saihara x Kaede Akamtsu]

Shuichi’s POV:

I couldn’t focus. My mind kept creating horrible thoughts that I couldn’t shake away. Thoughts like my classmates getting hurt, my friends being verbally abused. And all of it would be my fault. Just thinking about it made my stomach sink. I stopped writing. I blocked out what the teacher was saying. I clasped my hands together, as if to pray. My head hung low as my mind raced. I could only hear the scenarios playing in my head. Thats when I thought about my time in middle school. The bullying, the suffering, the pain. My eyes widened as I covered my mouth with my hand, reliving the trauma I went through.

“What the fuck is wrong with you?”

“Why do you act like that?”

“We don’t wanna hang out with you anymore, you freak.”

“You’re so creepy!”

It replayed in my head like a broken record, repeating over and over again. I wanted to cry. I began trembling, my hands shaking uncontrollably. I wanted everything to stop. I wanted time to stop. I wanted to leave. I wanted everyone to stop talking. I wanted everything to stop. Thats when I finally heard her voice.

“Saihara-Kun? Are you okay?”

I looked up. Kaede was standing in front of my desk with a worried expression. The whole class was looking at me. Slowly, I pressed my fingers to my cheek and realised I was crying. I started to panic.

“I-I-I’m s-sorry...” I said quietly as I tried to wipe away my tears. Kaede grabbed my hand and pulled me up from my chair, then dragged me out of the classroom. We sat down, leaning against the wall.

“What happened?” She asked, concern laced in her voice.

“I... It was s-s-stupid... i-it doesn’t m-matter,” I answered, putting my knees against my chest. Kaede sighed and wrapped her arm around my shoulder, letting me lean on her. I blushed slightly, but I didn’t move.

“Whatever you think isn’t stupid. You’re smart Saihara, I know that first hand, but if you don’t want to tell me yet, thats fine. We can sit here until you calm down, okay?” She said with a heartwarming smile. I nodded slowly and relaxed. Kaede was the most amazing person ever. She’s sweet and kind, and I don’t think I could live without her.

It Failed

[Nagito Komaeda x Hajime Hinata]

Nagito’s POV:

My plan had failed. I was supposed to die here, all by myself. I was supposed to be dead, but I failed. I saw Hajime run towards me. He got down on his knees and helped me get out of the trap I set up. He was shouting at the others to help him, but they were frozen in place. Hajime laid my head on his lap and started crying. He kept telling me over and over how worried he was. I couldn’t tell him. I couldn’t tell him that this was my fault.

We were in Hajime’s cottage. He was wrapping bandages around my arms and legs. His eyes were still red and puffy from before. This was just another of my many fuck ups. I felt tears swell up in my eyes as the brunette finished the last bandage on my arm. He looked up at me, his eyes widening with surprise.

“Whats wrong?” He asked as he cupped my cheek.

“Its my f-fault. I set up that trap. You know whats funny? I was trying to figure out who the traitor was by setting up m-my own death, but I guess I can’t even do something like that. Everytime I try and do something for everyone, it always s-seen as though my intentions are bad. I-I know I always mess everything up in trials and that I’m a pain in the neck. I know that trash like me could n-never be able to ask for your forgiveness. I deserved to die there. You should have just l-left me to bleed out.”

“Nagito, hold on-”

“Even before I was about to be i-impaled, I thought of you, Hinata-Kun. There was a minute during the time I was laying there, I didn’t want to die. I wanted to see you smile at me again. But I fucked up again. Just like everything else in my life. I’m in a continuous luck cycle that kills everyone I care about. I didn’t want you to be killed by my luck. I wanted to finally die by my own hand, but I guess I couldn’t even do that either-”

“Hey. Hey Nagito, calm down,” said Hajime as he hugged me, “calm down for a sec, okay?”

I buried my head into his shoulder, soaking his shirt with tears.

“You wanted to help and thats good, but please, don’t ever try pull anything like that ever again. It may not seem like it, but I care about you a lot. I’m sure everyone does.”

I sobbed as Hajime rubbed my back slowly and comfortingly.

“Thank you...”

Gaming Session

[Makoto Naegi x Chiaki Nanami]

Makoto’s POV:

While on my way to class, I passed by a rather noisy classroom. Curiosity took over me so I peaked inside. The students were all playing video games on a huge TV screen. They looked like they were having a lot of fun. Unfortunately, a girl with a galaga hair pin noticed me. I quickly moved away from the door with a small blush spread across my face. I shouldn’t have done that... she probably thinks I’m weird...

“Hey, hey, are you okay?” I turned around and saw the same girl peaking her head from behind the door.

“Uh, I’m fine! Sorry if I disturbed you,” I replied with an apologetic bow.

“No, its okay,” she said, “do you wanna join us?”

“Join you...? Oh, um, I really should be getting to cla-”

“Nanami, what’re you doing out here?” The door opened wider and I saw Hajime.

“He was watching us through the door window so I wanted to invite him to play games with us,” explained the girl.

“Hey Naegi, you should join in,” said Hajime with a smile, “the more the better.”

Thats when everyone gathered outside, talking to Nanami and Hajime. They were all so much taller than me, and a lot scarier. I was kind of freaking out.

Nanami pulled me aside and gave me a reassuring smile.

“Chiaki Nanami, you’re Naegi, right?” She asked as I nodded.

“I’d love to join, but I’m supposed to be in class right now,” I replied.

“Miss Yukizome can write you a note to explain what happened and you can still join in,” explained Chiaki as she pointed at the women with long hair. I looked at her and then back at Chiaki before nodding. She held my hand and walked back over to the class. I blushed, slightly embarrassed. She gathered everyone back inside the classroom.

So, instead of going back to class, I stayed in Chiaki’s class playing video games. We played Super Smash Bros, UNO, and ect. It was really fun. I liked this a lot better than my actual class. They were all keen on talking to me and playing against me. Hajime and Komaeda were almost always fighting over me. It was funny. Whenever it happened, Chiaki would give me a small smile and we’d giggle as the others tried to calm them down. I liked how kind everyone was, especially Chiaki. I really liked her.

“Where’s Naegi?”

“I bet he got himself wrapped up in another weird situation again.”

“He’s gonna come back to class with a note from another class again.”

“Guess thats Naegi’s luck for ya.”

Sports Festival

[Makoto Naegi x Nagito Komaeda]

Nagito’s POV:

The sports festival was an event to bring the different classes together and become friends or something like that. I wasn’t really expecting to make any friends, not even my class likes me. I don’t mind though, they tolerate me, and thats enough for me.

Right now, I was in the middle of a dodge ball game. I had managed to get by, hitting a few people with the balls. It was going pretty good until I wasn’t paying attention.

“Ko, look out!”

A ball flew across the gym and hit me right in the face, causing me to fall to the ground. I got knocked out basically. I groaned, I felt a sharp pain in the back of my head.

“Are you okay?” I slowly opened my eyes and I was met with a boy looking down at me.

“Are you... an angel?” I asked, causing the boy to blush and giggle.

“No, you’re still alive,” he replied as he held out his hand. I grabbed it and he pulled me off the ground. We walked over to the side and sat on the bleachers. The short boy then went through my hair and touched the back of my head. I flinched and moved my head away from him.

“It still hurts? I can take you to the nurse’s office,” he suggested. It took a moment, but I nodded. He held my hand and led me away from the gym.

When we arrived at the office, the brunette sat me down on one of the beds as he grabbed some ‘supplies’. He walked back over to me and handed me a cold compress. I held it onto the back of my head, the coldness burning against my bruise.

“Thank you,” I said as the boy smiled and sat next to me.

“You’re welcome, Ko,” he replied. I looked at him, confused.

“Um, I heard your friend call you Ko, is it not your name?” He asked as I shook my head.

“I’m Nagito Komaeda, a second year. Ko is a nickname my classmates gave me,” I explained, “they’re not my friends, they just think my name is a little too long.”

“Oh... well, I’m Makoto Naegi, I’m a first year,” replied the brunette happily.

“Nice to meet you, Naegi-Kun,” I said with a smile.

We sat in silence, a comfortable silence. Makoto yawned and leaned against me, causing a blush to form on my cheeks. I guess today tired him out, I’ll let him lay on me until he gets enough sleep.

“You seem chipper today, Ko.”

“Mhm, I met the most wonderful boy today.”

“Oh really? So the sports festival even helped you make a friend?”

“You could say that.”

Angelic Voice

[Nagito Komaeda x Izuru Kamukura]

Nagito’s POV:

Sometimes when Izuru showers, he likes to sing. I’m not sure if he actually enjoys singing, but I don’t mind, because I love hearing his voice. Its calm and soothing. If I could record him, I would, but I don’t want to do it without his permission. I don’t think he’d want trash like me listening to him sing, but I can’t help it. I like to sit outside the bathroom, leaning against the wall, and listen to him sing. I always managed to leave before Izuru got out of the shower, but today, I accidentally fell asleep.

As Izuru stepped out of the bathroom, he noticed my sleeping body, propped up against the wall. He stared at me for a few seconds before poking my cheek.

“Komaeda,” he said loudly. I jerked up and looked at him. I blushed as I realised what happened.

“Sorry for disturbing you, Kamukura-Kun,” I said as I stood up and began walking towards the living room.

“What were you doing?” He asked as he followed me.

“I was listening to you sing, although trash like me doesn’t deserve to hear such an angelic voice,” I explained, making Izuru sigh. He wrapped an arm around my waist, place his other hand on my shoulder, and rested his head on my shoulder.

“Not trash,” he said as I blushed furiously.

“No, its okay, I know you only say it out of pity,” I replied.

“Komaeda, does it sound like I’m pitying you?” He asked in a monotome tone.

“No...” I replied.

“Correct, meaning I don’t pity you,” said the long haired boy as he kissed my cheek.

He then began singing. His voice was angelic, it was beautiful. I felt myself slowly drifting off, before finally falling asleep in Izuru’s arms.

Makoto’s POV:

I was sitting next to Hajime on the couch. We were just watching Cold Case Files, Hajime’s pick of course. It had been an hour into it and I was getting hungry.

“Hinata-Kun, can we get some snacks?” I asked as I turned to him. He was asleep. I giggled and got up to get food. I grabbed a bag of cookies and sat down in his lap. He had nice thighs, perfect to lay or sit on. While watching, I got distracted. I gently grabbed Hajime’s hand and smiled. I placed my hand on top of his for comparison. His hand was much bigger than mine. I wasn’t surprised though, he is much taller than me. His hands were really soft though, which did seem a little weird. I mean, he was always helping his friends out, even doing things involving getting his hands dirty. I was shocked to see that they weren’t rough or a slight bit muscular.

As my finger traced the lines on his palm, I felt Hajime’s body become tense. I turned to face him, there was a huge blush spread across his face as he stared down at me.

“You were awake??” I asked as I blushed furiously, quickly getting off of him.

“Yeah, uh... sorry,” he replied as he scratched the back of his neck nervously. Now it was really awkward. Good job Makoto, you just made the worst decision of your life.

“Um... I’ll just go,” I said as I stood up and began walking towards my room, the bag of cookies in hand.

“W-Wait! I didn’t mind, it was just really... sudden I guess,” said Hajime, his blush getting worse. I slowly walked back over to him and sat down in his lap. Hajime wrapped his arms around me and rested his head on my shoulder. I relaxed and leaned against him, my head snuggled into his chest. It felt nice.

“Oh and you comparing the sizes of our hands was really cute.”

Hajime’s POV:

I was sitting in my room watching Netflix when I heard a knock on the door. I got up with a sigh and opened it. Kazuichi had tears in his eyes, they slowly streamed down his cheeks.

“What happened?” I asked worriedly. He just hugged me, burying his face into my shoulder. I was speachless, to say the least. I hesitantly placed my hands around him and patted him on the back reassuringly.

“Come inside, you can tell me all about it,” I said as I pulled away. Kazuichi nodded and we walked inside my room.

We sat down on my bed, side by side. The pink haired boy just stared at his lap, devoid of happiness.

“Miss Sonia and I... we were supposed to meet up at the park, but Gundam...” he explained, “I lost my chance.”

“Kaz, listen to me,” I said as I put my hands on his shoulders, “you shouldn’t get upset over something like this. You’ve got your own charm, I’m sure lots of other people would love you.”

“Oh yeah? Who else loves me then?” He asked. He looked hurt, but also desperate. I took a deep breath, not prepared at all for his reaction.

“I like you,” I answered, a blush forming on my cheeks.

“Of course you like me, if you didn’t, I wouldn’t be talking to you right now!” He said as he crossed his arms.

“No, Kaz, I like like you, but if you wanna keep going after Sonia, I won’t stop you,” I said. My blush deepened, but I still smiled at him.

“You? You like me?” He asked, shocked and confused.

“Yeah, I’m not gonna force you to like me back or anything, but if Sonia still doesn’t show any sort of affection towards you, I’m always here,” I explained, “I’m your friend after all.”

“Thanks man, you’re the best,” said Kazuichi as he hugged me. I hugged back, enjoying his warmth.

Goodnight Kisses

Izuru’s POV:

“Naegi, its really late, you should go to bed,” I said as I watched him work, casually drinking my tea.

“I will as soon as I finish this file,” he replied, not even lifting his head up to look at me. I sighed and walked over to him. I took the pen out of his hand, picked him up and carried him to our bedroom.

“Izuru!” He exclaimed, a blush forming on his face, “I need to finish my work!”

“Tomorrow,” I said as I placed him on our bed. The brunette pouted as I sat on the bed with him.

“Can I at least have goodnight kisses?” He pleaded. I sighed again and kissed him on the forehead. Makoto giggled and kissed my cheek. He then kissed my forehead, the back of my hand, and my lips.

“That was more than enough kisses,” I said as the brunette shook his head and grabbed my arm, making me lay down. He snuggled up next to me and gave me light kisses on my neck. I smiled slightly and kissed his cheek. I draped the blankets over us and wrapped my arms around him. He buried his head into my chest, drifting into a deep sleep. I closed my eyes and fell asleep with him.
