Peanut Butter Bowl!!
Smoothie Ingredients: - 3 frozen bananas - 2 tsp PB2 powder - 1 scoop (sun warrior) vanilla protein powder - 1 tsp coconut sugar - splash of water
Toppings: - banana - strawberries - goji berries - chia seeds - buckinis
Blend all the smoothie ingredients together, place in a pretty bowl &I add toppings!

Best thing to brighten up a grey, rainy winters morning ☼ If you haven’t tried this combo you’re seriously missing out ❃ - half a papaya - 1 whole mango - 2 passion fruits - frozen raspberries & blueberries (softened in the microwave) topped with the juice of a lime

Easy like Sunday morning 🌻 Super delicious pancakes inspired by the gorgeous cherie from @thrivingonplants ✿
Ingredients: - 1.5 cup raw oats - 1 tbsp coconut sugar - 1 cup plant milk of choice (I used almond) - 1 medium (ripe) banana
Toppings: - frozen berries - buckinis - banana - maple syrup
Method: - blend the dry ingredients in a blender until a flour like consistency is formed - add in the milk & banana and blend until smooth & pancake like mixture is created - on medium to high heat (use a non stick pan if unavailable use coconut/olive oil to avoid sticking) - pour the mixture into the pan and wait till small bubbles start coming to the top of the pancake, then flip and cook on the other side - place on a pretty plate and add toppings

Chocolate smoothie bowls for 2 ❥•
(Serves 2) Smoothie Ingredients: - 9 frozen bananas - 2 serves vanilla flavored protein powder - 2 tbsp’s cacao powder - 1 tbsp coconut sugar - almond milk
Toppings: - passion fruit - frozen berries - banana - buckinis - goji berries
Method: - blend all the ingredients in high speed blender (making sure to scrape down the sides as you go to ensure a smooth texture) - once the mixture has reached an ice cream like consistency place in a pretty bowl & add toppings

Smoothie Ingredients: - ½ nectarine - 4 frozen bananas - 1 tsp coconut sugar - *optional vanilla protein powder
Toppings: - nectarine - puffed quinoa - buckinis
