I learned the people we love usually turned out to be one of three things: a home, a holiday, or hell.

Matcha tea latte.
I'm kind of a tea addict. Lately I've been on a mission to make the perfect matcha tea latte, and I think I've finally done it!
- 1 tsp organic ceremonial grade Japanese matcha (Rishi Tea House Matcha is my favorite)
- 1 tsp pure grade B maple syrup (grade B is more flavorful)
- 1/2 tsp Madagascar bourbon vanilla extract
- 12 oz hot water (let water rest 3 mins after boiling)
- 3 oz coconut creamer (So Delicious & Trader Joe's are good brands)
Sift tea through a fine mesh strainer into a 15 oz double walled glass or tea cup of your choice. Pour about 3 oz of hot water into the cup. Use a hand held milk frother (like the Aerolatte) to thorougly mix until a bubbly head forms on the top. Pour in the maple syrup, bourbon vanilla extract & the rest of the water, mixing again until the same bubbly foam appears on the top. Rinse the milk frother, and now use it to froth the coconut milk in a stainless frothing pitcher. Pour about half of the frothed milk into cup and use a large spoon to carefully place the rest on the top. Voila! Perfect matcha latte.

CONGRATULATIONS to both of you on the completion of this project. What a beautiful manifestation of your shared vision, artistry and (hopefully) enjoyment with the process of creating it. There is no better testament to such talent on both sides of the camera. The work speaks for itself. So many of the images are incredible as stand alone pictures. The collection of photographs is a wonderful compliment to both professions and represents some of the most tasteful, captivating and intriguing work
Thank you so much, I really appreciate that!
