I hope this zine can be an informational resource to clarify what big tech purposefully obfuscates. Amazon (& Google & Microsoft) enable deportation & genocide by providing their cloud services to ICE, the DHS, & the IOF. How Amazon Powers ICE goes into contracts, partnerships, & discusses a few things we can do about it. I encourage folks to continue learning & to take action.

I'm thinking of making a text-only document for accessibility since there is way more text here than what I can fit in the image description. Let me know if there's something else that would work better.

Kira photodump! Content warning for pet medical talk.

Kira has been diagnosed with stage 2 chronic kidney disease. To manage her CKD, my partner and I are starting by looking for prescription renal food she can tolerate, but there have been some complications along the way. A nasty reaction to a probiotic that was supposed to help her adjust to new food means we have to take a step back and return to her old food for now. She also got a UTI on top of everything else 😭

Do you live in Seattle and want to learn more about narcan? Come to one of two info sessions I'll be holding this month! Sunday August 17th at 3:30 PM or tuesday August 19th at 5:30 PM. They will be at @distantworldscoffee which is very close to the Roosevelt station.

Face masks are required to be worn during this event to keep our community safe and make it as accessible as possible! Limited masks will be available for those who need them, and drinking valves will hopefully be available for purchase.

Don't Be Afraid of Mutual Aid is a 24 page, color, quarter-page-sized zine all about mutual aid. It goes over definitions of mutual aid, what it is and isn't, history of mutual aid, what you can do as an individual, mutual aid groups in Seattle, groups across the US, space to write your own notes about mutual aid in your area, and a list of sources.

Happy disability pride month!!! In case any of y'all don't know, I am a disabled artist. My fibromyalgia makes it hard to work on things, especially because most of my energy gets sapped by my part time job, but I love engaging my creative side by making zines & other things.

I have a few zines about being disabled, and they mean a lot to me because they have allowed me to connect with people from my community. In the city known colonially as london, ontario (Treaty 6, along the Deshkan Ziibi), there is only one drop in centre dedicated to supporting our local sex workers (it also serves as an LGBTQ+ hub), and it is on the brink of closing for good at the end of march if they cannot raise 50k across different avenues.
