my speed is highly sporadic. i can be on top of things or i'm running off the queue and barely seen. i work a full time job and participate in multiple sports, my schedule and activity levels fluctuate heavily. i also ( somewhat ) balance three other blogs alongside this one.
i will rarely ( if ever ) follow first. fortnite is shit on too much and so many people aren't willing to give it the time of day. i want this blog to be taken seriously and be respected. i want people who genuinely are interested and will give hope a chance. this isn't meant to be high and mighty, i just know my source material's state in the world lol. you don't need to know/like the game, pretend she's an oc, respect her, and lets have fun! but yeah, i'm gunna let people be real with me on if they're interested - and this even includes friends.
let me know if my formatting is too much. i just like to do it and it's habit now, but i won't die on this hill at all.
i do not fill out interest checkers. if i follow you, i am willing to extend the desire to learn about your muses and interact with anyone we deem to be exciting to meet. i'm not here to be picky, i'm here to explore all manner of muses and possibilities.
i don't plan to have a rl fc, but i have absolutely zero concerns with mixing fc types or just going iconless!
i do not write smut. if i do, it's generally off tumblr. i like focusing on emotions more so than the actions, thus i most likely will defer to fade to blacks. it's just a personal preference thing, nothing serious. no mind to fellow muns who partake, though if it spams your blog frequently, i'll be less inclined to follow.
other more sensitive topics i am usually open to. while i won't write things like r.ape or p.edophilia, i can handle it being referenced/mentioned for backstories or the like, and i don't have issue with blood, gore, trauma, etc. will do my best to tag all things that are appropriate.
standard rp etiquette. so no straight up godmodding/power play. there are some cases where it can be tolerated, such as our characters getting from point a to point b, but do not ever control thoughts or major actions.
being that i'm over thirty, i generally prefer my partners be twenty one plus. but eighteen plus can be allowed. i cuss a fair amount in text on occasion and refer to drinking, adulthood, etc. so it's just more of a comfort thing.

i got cat finally caught up! after six months, i have done the writing on her blog ajldfjalsdfa
now i just gotta do daigo's last two drafts and i'm pretty much caught up on everything finally. but i can't do them tonight, i gotta go to bed and they're my longest/most intense drafts for mizzy lol.
once he's finally done, i'll set up him and hope's queues. get them and cat going... then i can do the multi's super quick two drafts...
and then... idk. new things to drown myself with again soon. hope will def be active, but i'll figure out what other muses are willing to work with me to be secondary active... a part of me wants to nudge cat and then all the other muses on my multi who haven't done anything in ages, but i should take it slow probably.....
but man, i'm ready to feel back in control for at least a little bit lmao

random bit of advice. if your car mechanic or the like says you need a new cabin air filter and they’re gunna charge you like $80+ then don’t do it. figure out the filter you need, order it off amazon or whatever, and do it yourself, all you need is a quick yt tutorial. super easy and much cheaper, at most you might need a screwdriver.

Found this the other day and it reminded me that Jones has a dog.
Which got me thinking, we know Hope likes cats but what does she think of dogs? Or what does she think of Bonesy for that matter?
hope may have a preference for cats and liken her aesthetic to them, but she definitely likes dogs still! she respects them, and finds their devotion and loyalty to be admirable. while she certainly knows and believes cats can exhibit just as strongly these traits, dogs do tend to act upon them more readily. she also is not immune to cute and cuddly regardless, although she isn't the sort of girl to absolutely lose it with the need to go and coddle any and every fluffy things she sees.
i do picture hope to favor well-trained dogs, and so she would be on top of training and discipline with a canine should she acquire one. bonesy is luckily a well behaved pup, and his friendly demeanor and love for jonesy would definitely win her over if she meets him! while i don't personally see her as getting a dog, i think it's canon that she still does like them. one of the recent sidekicks - miso the shiba inu - even features hope in its loading screen!
Nothing makes one want to write more than being in a situation where you can’t lol. Trying to get a bit of packing done tonight and then an early bed because tomorrow is my last day to get all this packing done and ready for the movers and I haven’t even touched my kitchen yet rip sos send help
I got the keys to my house today ( I’m renting, I did not buy a house lol ) and I walked through it and eeeeee !!! I’m so excited, this is my last weekend in the apartment! The move will be hell I’m sure but also ahhhhhh!!
just checking in briefly. tomorrow will be work and gaming and then this weekend will be the beginning of moving to my new place! i will probably be incredibly absent next week as i focus on what i need to do to complete the move and figure out everything i'll need in the house and whatnot. i'll try to check in in the evenings to wind down perhaps but... not promising that! i'm excited, but also ready for it to be done already ajdsflk;aj
