NO TADC Spoilers I swear!

I watched the amazing digital circus the last act in the cinema yesterday and I have to say it was an amazing experience :p

Every person in that cinema was so respectful and wholesome, the collective laughter at jokes, people talking along to the intro, the collective and loud shock at certain parts and the first time I've ever heard applause after a movie

I really felt like I was part of a community <3

Also, cosplayers, you are awesome! I wanted to go up to people and compliment their cosplays but I was way too scared T-T

If you haven't watched ep9 yet, I hope you stay spoiler free and I hope you enjoy this final episode

Also they spoiled ep8 in the cinema opening for no reason, that was weird, but did lead to good jokes

I'm working on a longer comic rn~

Not sure when or if I'm gonna finish it, but at least I'm getting used to drawing again!

This pose is just PERFECTLY what I wanted it to be I love this sketch

The comic is probably gonna be pretty confusing without context, but it'll be fine! I'm sure it will be understandable enough :D

I also need to find a balance between making it look good and making it not take 10h...

I really want to bring the world I created in my head out into the world, but also at this point it's so complex I'm afraid that's going to take a while and no one would be along for the ride

I'm working on a few comics though and I hope I can make them make sense with some context XD

Finally got the motivation to start making comics! Starting with a few mini comics to show off my OCs a bit more :]

Both of them are very bad cooks, Wyvern is usually a bit better, but today is not her day

Dez redesign!

I FINALLY gave this guard a well needed redesign! He doesn't look that much different from before, but I like him a lot more now

I still need to get his personality down properly

He ended up looking very similar to Amber on the body, whoops!

I was just never able to get him to look good with this design, besides when I hid half of him behind his armor

He still looks really similar, but different in all the right ways

Made a new character real quick cause I was bored

Meet Cleo, the special snowflake and crazy jealous gf of one of my OCs who also got a redesign (will show him later)

She was born with unusually dark scales for her species, making her get a lot of attention and growing her ego to unhealthy levels, she doesn't want the attention to fade so she cut the plates on her back to resemble hearts, she also makes a scene if she feels ignored, she has her good sides... Sometimes

If she actually likes her boyfriend or if she's just with him because he's a respectable guard is up for debate, everyone wonders why the two of them are still together

I might be cooking

I'm trying to find a way to make simple and fast drawing of my OCs that I can still pose in interesting ways

My normal style is too complicated to draw quickly and my little sticker style is too simple, I can only draw a limited amount of poses because of the giant heads

I think I'm on to something with this, it's supposed to be something in-between, where the head is big and cartoony without always being in the way, where I can draw different angles easily and where I don't spend like 30min just trying to get the limbs to look okay

I think I'm getting the best of both worlds, but I have to work on it further

Meet Solar!

I finally did it, I finally made a European dragon OC! and I already regret it, those songs are hard to get right

Solar is a slightly spoiled young dragon, friends with Cliff, Nettle and Echo. They see themselves as the leader of the group and don't like when their authority is questioned, even though no one made Solar the leader

Solar gets jealous easily, but even with their flaws they try to be a good friend and genuinely care about the dragons around them

Solar is the anchor of the group and the reason everyone held together for so long

It's getting close to being done, unfortunately I'm still struggling to redesign one of the dragons who's supposed to be in this piece

They don't "complete" each other, they help each other grow. They aren't "meant to be together", they want to be together. Not quite friends, not quite romantic, something different, a special kind of bond

It wasn't easy for them to learn to understand the other, but they tried and succeeded, even if it isn't always easy

Cliff is an anxious dragon with low self-esteem while Nettle is short tempered who gets aggressive easily

It's done! I'm actually really happy with it

I haven't painted in a WHILE, I'm glad it turned out well in the end

I did my fav girlie proud and she can now forever judge me from her branch, her favorite sleeping spot
