A New Dress For Cinderelly
It had been a few days since the incident, but everyone on the shelf was whispering about it. Strangly enough, Aurora didn't care at all.....
Actually....
That's not strange at all!
Cinderella made her way up to the cabinets and climbed onto the counter.
"Now what will I do!?" she cried. "I just want to keep dreaming, but all they end up being are nightmares."
"I just want to have a good dream for once."
Once again, in the creepiest way possible, the Fairy Godmother showed up. Cinderella looked up and her eyes burst open.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!" she screamed at the top of her lungs. "Get away from me!!!"
"Calm down, Deary," said the Godmother. She explained who she was and what she did. "I just want you to have a happy dream, even if it's for a ball. These are the kinds of things that give me joy in my old age."
"Can you make me a dress for the ball, Godmother?" asked Cinderealla.
"I can do better than that!" she announced. The Godmother waved her wand near Cinderella and sung out her enchantment.
Suddenly, Cinderella's dress became a sparkling, gorgeous blue dress.
She began to cry with joy. "You've just made my dream come true!" she said, embracing the Godmother.
"I need to tell you something, Sweety," said the Godmother firmly. "It's very important that you listen to me!"
"Yes?"
"This is a whole, complete outfit, and the magic will only last so long as each of the pieces are together. If you lose even one shoe, the spell will be broken and you'll return to those old clothes of yours, and everything will be exactly as it was."
"So you're telling me," said Cinderalla, "that I can control how long my dream will last?"
"If you choose to look at it that way," said the Godmother, "I suppose that's exactly what I'm saying."
"Oh thank you Godmother! Thank you so much!!!"
