Hi Kento! It’s been a while, so I can’t remember what I last updated you on lol. I joined a lab back in November so now I work with Antarctic algae which is really cool (there’s a possibility I’ll get to do field work down in Antarctica which would be really exciting)! I’m going to a conference in April, too! It’s my first conference ever so I’m really nervous about making my poster but also excited 😁 I can’t believe I’m already almost finished with my first year, it’s gone by so fast!! Hope you’re doing well and not overworking yourself ☺️

the meds were quite excessive its true, and this is the second time i've gone through this :((( i wont find out for a month if they actually worked but i'm really hoping it did

they were awful if i'm being honest, truly excruciating. taking 4 doses a day, not including my normal meds. they turned me into a true zombie, made me lethargic and trapped in so much brain fog it became impossible to wade through. i won't lie that it was awful, but i'm so grateful its done for now

i really appreciate you checking i'm alright, it means quite a lot
