Despite being disappointed with the ending, I can confidently say that I do not regret watching this show and that is all because of Lee Seung Gi’s brilliant performance as Son Oh Gong.

Whether he was being a cheeky, menacing, smitten or a heartbroken Monkey, I was floored by all versions of this character.

I hope LSG himself is not too disappointed by the decline in the quality of writing in the second half of the show. He was born to play Oh Gong. This was the perfect role for him after his military service to test and prove his skills as an actor.
