A dress inspired by the rare Jacob's Ladder flower. It's a bit green for the time of year, but w/e. It was really refreshing to make. Pair with a Jacob's ladder and leaf umbrella.

I drew my mayor ♡ This was drawn on Colors3D! On my 2DS xl. It took approximately 2 hours and 10 minutes from start to finish. I used a reference I drew by hand.
