Another drawing that I made for a friend. This time, a TERRA soldier for Karate "EpicJ" Caveman. They're like, cartoon villain mooks of a mega-empire, but they each have a ton of character. If only he had a tumblr or twitter or something, I'd love to be able to link to the metric ton of sketches he's drawn of these guys.

I re-drew the first Dungeons and Dragons character that I made, Uktethisus. He made a re-appearance as a non-player character in an Apocalypse World rpg I’m currently a part of, which is being set in the same world as the DnD campaign that he started in.

His armor is no longer a total mishmash of the creatures that he has hunted, although several parts of the old attire carried over. Now a soldier within the Golden Emperor’s army. He has specialized his kit for hunting those carrying the curse of Adaveme, who have a strong aversion to light.

I decided on a whim to draw the character made by my friend LucanC: Cumbjorn the viking. First created in the crusader kings 3 character creator after setting a lot of facial sliders to ridiculous extremes.

Today I put the finishing touches on this piece. I attempted to design a plausible breech loading firearm that didn’t require all of the technology of the industrial era to be an effective and economical replacement to muzzle loaders.

The rear of the barrel is open ended, and slides into a thick breech cap before being locked by a simple ring. A gunsmith would be able to create these using the same tools that that they used to create a muzzle loader. There are no complex screw surfaces to mill out like in other breech loaders of the 1700s.

This was nearly finished a few months ago, but I wanted to finish a background for it. Since I never finished that background, I’ve decided to post it as-is.

Here’s another old art piece that I just never came here to post. B1 Battle Droid on the right, pilot droid in the center, and on the left is a character that I played in a star wars RPG named R0-0K. Nicknamed Rook.

This was an experiment with an art style inspired by @LymphOwned on Twitter. I highly recommend checking out their art, especially if you’re a fan of robots, mechs, and spaceships like I am.

So I finished this a very long time ago, but I just never posted it. Mostly because I stopped using Tumblr for awhile; partially because I rushed this piece and wasn’t happy enough with it to call it done.

I’ve returned to post a different art piece, realized that I never posted this one, so I am doing it now. Better late than never.

I can’t remember how long it’s been since I actually started a real project and finished it. I can no longer pretend that my physical health holding me back is something that I can just power through by force of will.

So, I asked my discord to give me things to draw. This one is an early prototype powered armor used by fascist Ginjarta in a roughly 90s era cold-war setting. Suggested by, and created for, LucanC.

I plan to try coloring this later when I am able.

I drew the party of the dungeons and dragons campaign that I was in. I made this a few months ago, but never got around to the final additions that I wanted to make, so I’m posting it as-is. You can probably tell the order that I created them in by looking at the quality.

From left to right there’s: Wikzgrazmark wearing an upside-down wizard hat, DAVE the bi-polar temple guardian who loves collecting hats, Uktethisus the dragon worshiping tribal warrior, Zuresh the selfless Dragon-kin monk vegetarian, The “half-elf” warlock that we just call “Holly” who is possibly an eldritch being, Denton the detective and bardic spellcaster, and Corvi the pacifist cleric, who is cursed to be harmed by sunlight and blinded by it.
