BRUSHES I USE:

THESE ARE PROCREATE ONLY. it's my current main art program, but i will say that my CSP brushes are very similar - flat pencil, the basic studio pen/textured pen for lineart + paint bucket. i use much less variety there, lol. i also sometimes use various no pressure/pixel brushes, not pictured since it's not often/default.

to do the color change effect i love to use in sketches, go to: Settings > color dynamics > color pressure > hue play with the hue to your liking!

Clovis Miracle Worth. he was created in a lab (literally) to become a champion of a very specific contest in a kingdom called Alliterea. for this reason, he was raised without really an identity - just a mask of etiquette, debate skills, education, and fencing. there is a scene where he tells his rival about this and references the idea that if Iorwerth (rival) even once ran home with a pretty rock, he had more of a childhood than him. and… for this reason, Ior gifts him a pretty rock. i wanted to depict something like that, as well as try to get back to a specific style of coloring i had some years ago.

As you fall -

i interpreted the song as talking to your former self who no longer serves your current happier self, and being able to say goodbye to them/kill them. I chose Ian, since this idea fits him very much. i tried to put contrasting ideas in each pose - loose and no uniform, hair away from face, hand firmly gripping the sword, smile, and more light on the older Ian - and a uniform, hidden expression, relaxed hand holding the sword (since he knows this is what is necessary for his happiness), in the dark for younger Ian.

Happy Birthday Arnold Rudolph! 10-11.03

There was a small gravel road in the middle and a patch of grass next to it. The rest of the view was obscured by tall greenery. He spotted a small cabin in one of the corners and approached it, peeking in through a small window. There was a bed, a radio, a pile of newspapers and books, as well as a table and some gardening instruments Arnold had only seen in illustrated books. There was no one inside. Arnold looked around cautiously, and, trying to look as oblivious as possible, stepped on the grass. When nothing happened, he made another few steps. Arnold paused, as if waiting for someone to come in and stop him. Finally, he took off his vest, sat down on it with his back to the entrance, and ran his hand over the top edges of the trimmed grass. It was the oddest sensation he’d ever felt; Arnold had never had the chance to touch grass before, and according to a few books he had, it was supposed to be ‘soft’. With disappointment, Arnold found it… sharp. It was also not clear green or fresh like the descriptions in the books had said: green did exist somewhere in the spectrum of colors, yes, but there was also yellow, gray and patches of brown, and to top, there were also many other strands of what Arnold was quite sure wasn’t grass that didn’t seem to belong here. He thought he spotted a few clovers, too.

in honor of the new patch i wanted to draw our Varka (genshin) x Arthur (ane) ship. it started as a joke but we are very attached to it now 🫣 they look too young in my style so let's say this is them younger.
