You guys know I love being naked in nature so I thought I’d share some of my favorite nude moments over the past few years in honor of naked hiking day.

One of my favorite things to do in the wilderness is to strip down, find a remote spot and lay in the sun. I allow the sun rays to beat down on my bare skin, darkening me slowly. I allow myself to release any perceptions of my body and to appreciate it simply as a vessel that keeps me alive.

This vessel allows me to breathe deeply and consciously. My hands have allowed me to build the van that I call home. My mouth allows me to eat yummy vegan food that nourishes my body. My eyes allow me to see towering mountains, crystal clear ocean waters and luscious jungles - and my legs allow me to explore them.

When I’m naked in nature, I feel at home in my body. I apologize to it for all the years I spent hating it and tearing it apart. I apologize for how much I’ve taken it for granted.

My body is unique, strong, gentle, capable and healthy.

My sunrise solo self portrait shoot in Croatia consisted of a 4am 40 minute walk through jagged limestone rocks to get to the very tip of the peninsula. The tide was coming in fast, gradually covering me with warm waves for my 4 second interval timer. I’m a little bruised and beaten, but I think another sunrise calls my name. Croatia is my motherland and my Heaven.

❤️‍🔥 E se domani, scalando di fianco a te, ci fossero capezzoli al sole e gli occhi sereni di chi è padrona di se stessə, da cosa saresti più stupitə? Da cosa più spaventatə?

Una cinquantina di persone libere non cambieranno il mondo, ma come reagisce il mondo davanti a questa libertà voluta e ottenuta da noi stessə, e non concessa da altri, ci dimostra che invece qualcosa lo stiamo smuovendo.

Ci siamo radunatə due giorni in Valdaone per conoscerci meglio, per sperimentarci svestitə, spontaneə, senza la pretesa di essere chi non siamo. Per essere, almeno qui, ciò che non sempre ci concediamo.

Tante voci spezzate dallo stupore di aver preso spazio. Tante lacrime che, scivolando sui volti, diventano un filo rosso che unisce e accomuna l’esperienza di esistere in una società ancora fortemente patriarcale. Ci siamo sfogatə, confidatə, scontratə con opinioni contrastanti seppur unite dal bisogno e dalla volontà di cambiare le cose. Ci siamo riconosciutə unichə e diversə ed è probabilmente nei contorni delle nostre differenze dove ci siamo arricchitə di più, dove ci siamo messə in discussione.

FYB non è altro che uno spazio sicuro in cui ci doniamo libertà unə con l’altrə, con la speranza che questo germoglio continui a crescere e sbocciare nella vita di ognunə. Che ci accompagni quando ci sentiremo isolatə nelle nostre battaglie, e che ci ricordi che nessunə di noi è davvero solə.

E se anche domani, tornata a casa, ti sentissi libera di toglierti la maglietta? Di prenderti lo spazio per parlare. Di essere ascoltata prima che giudicata.

Cosa porterai con te di questi due giorni?

🌞🌍 El futur del naturisme també parla molts idiomes! 🌿💚

Del 27 de juny a l'1 de juliol, el càmping Relax-Nat de Mont-ras (Baix Empordà) ha acollit la Trobada Internacional de Joves Naturistes 2026, una cita que cada any reuneix joves naturistes d'arreu del món en un país diferent. Aquest any, la trobada s'ha celebrat a Catalunya!

Una vintena llarga de joves han compartit quatre dies de convivència, activitats, amistat i natura, descobrint plegats els valors que ens uneixen: la llibertat, el respecte, la convivència i el contacte amb l'entorn. ☀️🏕🌊

Des del Club Català de Naturisme ens ha fet molta il·lusió participar-hi i donar suport a una iniciativa que contribueix a crear vincles entre les noves generacions de naturistes i a enfortir la comunitat naturista internacional. 🤝🌍

📸 Avui compartim dues imatges de la sortida que el grup va fer dilluns a Illa Roja, una de les platges de tradició nudista més emblemàtiques de Catalunya.

Gràcies a totes les persones que ho heu fet possible i a les participants per omplir aquests dies d'energia, complicitat i bon ambient. Esperem tornar-vos a veure ben aviat! 💚
