Mr. Hysinger has practiced real estate law, and handled businessĀ insurance, and general civil matters forĀ over 20 years, representingĀ insurance and financial service companies, as well as small businesses and individuals. He has conductedĀ in excess ofĀ 40 civil jury trials,Ā ten bench trials,Ā numerous binding arbitrations, andĀ administrative law proceedings.Ā Before entering the practice of law, he served as a research externĀ in theĀ United States Bankruptcy Court where he worked onĀ commercial real estateĀ finance cases.Ā Ā
Mr. Hysinger has arguedĀ real estate casesĀ before the state's appellate courts involvingĀ issues such as the statutory regulation of eviction, the right of entry into leased property,Ā notice ofĀ lease modifications, andĀ the non-delegable duties of owners and investors. Mr. Hysinger has also lectured on international contracts, bankruptcy, and real estate at Golden Gate University, University of San Francisco, and U.C. Berkeley.
He received his A.B. in philosophy with honors from U.C. Berkeley and his J.D./M.B.A. from the University of San Francisco.
