The contents of this dossier is restricted knowledge given to only those deemed worthy by either herself or The Ninth Harbinger, Regrator. It is treated on a need to know basis among The Harbingers and details tend to be avoided by omittence rather than deception.
CURRENT ALIAS: NADIA KOZLOVA.
Agent of The Ninth Harbinger, designated guard of Northland Bank. This is in fact a cover, disguising her true intentions. Nadia is Regrator's eyes and ears on the ground, ensuring that the running of the bank is uninterrupted and handling unsavoury business as well as passing on missives to different agents through the bank. She has her eyes particularly on Ekaterina - an agent of The Eleventh - who does not trust her fully among other minor issues. She often acts independently, disappearing during her resting hours to carry out that which needs to be done. For this current guise she oftne uses Mikhail - stationed in Mondstadt - as a faux family member to have excuse to cross borders without suspicions.
Skillset: assassination, poisons, code writing, code breaking, espionage (infiltration
the Natlan alias. Natasha is key in helping establish a Fatui outpost in the region and opening key communication lines. There is no credit asked for but the trust it earns her is enough. Around this time she wonders if she will be offered a delusion. She decides she does not want one, unless ordered to by Regrator, as it is a temporary solution that will not help her achieve her goals. To gain power, she will need to work for it.
by the time she receives the orders to go to Liyue, she is ready to shed her skin and change again. Natlan gives chance for her own studies into poisons and refining her assassination techniques. She is looking forward to seeing Regrator again.
A change of appearance, Natalya holds locks of lilac and notable accents to her outfit that mark her as half-Inazuman in heritage, an important note as her work often takes her to the shores of the islands, playing on wanting to know of the country as reason for entry. She is of little threat, not a vision user, and clearly knowledgeable in practices upon the shores.
However when she leaves there have been some obstacles removed, not as many as she hoped, but enough for the wheel to keep turning.
the second alias taken for use in Fontaine, in honour of the lost friend. Ilya, now Anya, does not exhibit grief, only an acknowledgement of the fallen not being able to reach the same heights as her. Her teachings, her understanding of the world, have solidified and she recognises there is the weak and the strong. She will not become the former.
It is during this mission that she meets the Ninth Harbinger and is assigned to his unit. Staying at the House of the Hearth was only shortterm, and though she is grateful for her time there, the learnt skills, she has greater heights to reach.
By the time this mission is over, there is little question as to her capabilities or loyalties. And when it is over she lays Anya to rest choosing to shed the name and become Natalya.
the first alias taken, close enough to her own name that she could hear the sound and not delay her response, used locally in Snezhnaya. Her test, to see if she truly had potential or if she had been a waste of time. It was during this time Anya disappeared, something Ilya learnt of upon her return.
Her assignment was simple, weed out those who would prove detrimental to The Tsaritsa's goalss. Quiet whisperers who let their words travel in quiet circles stirring sparks of rebellion. For a time it looked that this new recruit might fail.
Then a mysterious illness began affecting said targets. A poison to the system, that was written off as a virus, inelegant due to to the need to affect others to hide the true targets, but innovative enough to keep this recruit on her journey.
BIRTH NAME: ILYA ALEKSANDROVA VOLKOVA
Ilya was a quiet, ambitious child, born in the capital of Snezhnaya, in the shadow of Zapolyarny Palace and she quickly learnt what it was to want. As a child she was quiet choosing to spend time with her best friend, Anya, learning more of the world, acquiring new skills. They were studious and bounced well off one another. Her family of life was of little note, only that as she got older Ilya became frustrated with the acceptance of the status quo her family seemed to exhibit, never striving for more. Eventually she and Anya took matters into their own hands, both tired of their families and arranging circumstances so they might seek the place known as The House of the Hearth.
There Ilya became a Snezhevna alongside her friend and was marked as one of potential. Anya was not.
There is little record of Ilya's existence left, the only true one likely to be that kept by The House of the Hearth during her testing for potential. She made sure to remove herself from history.
She does regret Anya's death, but she accepts it as a fact of this world. The strong survive, the weak fall. She mourns in her own way - taking her friend's name as an alias, writing letters to her that are promptly burned, acknowledging the promise they made to each other - but she does not exhibit her grief. It would be the end of her.
To Nadia, the Inazuman mission is a failure. She did not achieve as much as she set out to do and ran into complications while working.
In each nation she has visited, she checks out the flora and fauna, reading up on local poisons and venoms. She takes samples for herself, and anything particularly interesting she brings back for Dottore, given via Regrator at least until the Liyue mission when she meets Dottore himself via grocery runs.
