“Maybe it was me all along, maybe I was the cause of all those
awful things. Maybe I was the monster all along.” No one ever listens, this wallpaper glistens, don't let them see what goes down in the kitchen. Places, places, get in your places ;; throw on your dress and put on your doll faces. Everyone thinks that we're perfect, please don't let them look through the curtains. Picture, picture, smile for the picture ;; pose with your brother, won't you be a good sister? Everyone thinks that we're perfect, please don't let them look through the curtains. D-O-L-L-H-O-U-S-E, I see things that nobody else sees. D-O-L-L-H-O-U-S-E, I see things that nobody else sees.
“I’d suggest not, for your own safety. I’ve had years to learn, and years to loose
knowledge of when to stop. I’d prefer we didn’t end this with you hurt. We could
continue later instead?”

V; I’ll be good and love the world like I should for all the time’s I never could.
(Teen Wolf verse)
It isn’t that surprising that someone out there looks the same as her; she knows how big the universe is. She feels sorry for anyone who gets her face, they were bound to one day meet someone who wanted to kill her.
The concentration of power in such a small corner of the universe was too much to just ignore, she had to check it out just to see why. The lingering traces of Tia Johnson grow excited over the existence of a supernatural, of interest of the not-real girl your father created.
And you were bound to stay when there’s real danger and so much to learn, all made clear when someone mistakenly called you ‘Kira’.
You think that, someday, someone might find a way to visit the ruins of your world. To
marvel at the ancient history there, to wonder how such a great civilization disappeared
— to wonder at how something so beautiful turned into you. Destruction is beautiful, death
is a beautiful tragedy and so are you. How many times has your love killed? How many
times have you ruined lives? How many times have you ruined everything and taken no
responsibility? You claim it’s your father but was it not you who chose to fall in love
again? Who chose to push him into those choices? Who killed mercilessly for revenge?
You are such a beautiful lie but an ugly truth.
Martin grinned at the girl, eyes flashing gold. “That’s my girl,” he whispered. He kissed her forehead and sighed. Martin had always admired her for being so powerful. Hell, she was the universe. She could destroy it all if she was in the right mood, and that suited him just fine. They weren’t mere mortals. They were gods. And if they needed to show the world what they could do if one was threatened, so be it.
“Your girl?” A smirk pulled at her lips, eyes alight in a silent challenge. There was nothing
serious in it, a hint of mischief in her eyes and tone playful. She found it endearing but it wouldn’t
be true to her reputation to let it pass without comment. “I think you’ll find you were mine first.”
It was soon apparent to Martin that something was off. He was shivering from the cold, yes, but it was more like a vibration. It came to Martin’s attention that he was sensing someone’s presence near him, but he never felt it like this before. Whoever they were, they must have been really powerful.
Suddenly, the boy was intimidated. He didn’t know who this person was, friend or foe, and with that kind of power… “Hello?” he shouted into the wintery landscape. His voice echoed all around.
She ventured out into sight, keeping her hand rested on Altor’s hilt in case she should need it.
It was strange, the contrast between the power she felt from him and how he looked. From her
experience, such people were usually...bloody, not sat under tree’s.
“Hello” She bowed her head slightly for just a second, one of the courtesies she’d been taught
as a child (how funny it only became a habit after it no longer mattered.) He was powerful, power usually
meant they knew of the greater universe and thereby her family -- but he was also on Earth.
Earth that barely even accepted they weren’t alone. “I mean you no harm.”
“What if it’s my fault” you cried to no one, you cried it to the stars knowing you would get
no answer back. All they can do is remind you of how many more people are out there that
your father can kill. He talks of it as if it’s destiny at work and yet who is he to talk of such
things? He, who alters destiny to suit his every whim, to suit his crippling paranoia and fear
of abandonment. He who has driven Colin to insanity, caused Kane to leave forever (and
one day he shall be at fault for all of their deaths and you will wish you could have the same fate yet the
universe saves you still.) He is no one to talk of destiny and part of you grows angry at his
attempts to control that which is above him. “Maybe…maybe I’m a monster” it’s your
hands stained with her blood, because you will neither stop him nor stop caring for
anyone but him.
They call you a family but it’s a lie spoken by those who know no better. You are not a
family — you are a ruin, an ill imitation, a mockery. You are a shell just as is the
remainders of your planet, ruins soaked in innocent blood. You are all monsters
now.
