to be honest, there isn’t really a “practice” for me because ever since i understood myself as consciousness — complete in itself and the very thing that stabilizes everything that exists — I no longer saw any need for methods or subliminals, since i realized they would only reinforce the idea of lack.
basically, what i use as my foundation is that every possible scenario is already happening within the field of consciousness right now, all at the same time. the only thing that allows me to experience a specific scenario is my focus on it (my awareness of it). so, the moment i assume something, my attention and awareness naturally move toward it. because of that, it simply appears to me.
a simple example is when we become aware of our nose. most of the time, we go through our day without even noticing it, even though it’s right in front of our eyes. it’s almost as if it doesn’t exist, right? but the moment we become aware of it, it suddenly seems to “exist.” assuming works exactly the same way. every object and every possible scenario already exists within the field where everything takes place. however, it only manifests in my experience when i bring my attention to it. just like when i notice repeating numbers once and then suddenly start seeing them everywhere, or when i randomly think of someone and then unexpectedly run into them.
can you see how all of these situations are assumptions too?
what happened was simply this: i became aware of something, and it appeared in my experience because even before it became a desire or the object of my attention, it was already mine and it was already here. besides that, anything that is assumed is consciousness itself.
so here are the ultra mega updated 2026 five steps to assuming:
1. decide what you want to assume;
2. naturally place your attention on it (through thoughts, affirmations, visualization…);
3. relax because it is already happening now and you already have it;
4. experience what it feels like to be the person who already has or has lived that;
i’d also like to emphasize that every manifestation is already happening, which means it has already happened. this completely dissolves the idea of “instant manifestation,” because that idea implies there was a “before,” where you didn’t have it, and an “after,” where you did. but if everything is already happening, then there was never a “before” where you lacked anything, right?
“okay, but how do i deal with the physical reality?”
first, let go of every belief that physical reality takes time or resists reflecting what you’ve decided. like i said before, physical reality is structured by you and stabilized by your attention — it has no essence of its own and no life of its own. because of that, there’s no reason to believe your manifestation could fail.
second, even if an old appearance is still in front of you, simply observe it without judging it. the more attention you give to the “problem,” the more stable it appears. but when you focus on the “solution” — remembering that your decision is above all appearances and that your awareness has already moved to a different scenario — that old appearance naturally dissolves.
so don’t beat yourself up over an illusory appearance, and don’t force yourself to ignore it either. things are simple. just remain clear in the awareness that nothing other than your inner state determines how things are expressed.
