Life is Strange x Haikyuu!!

When they flew off to separate continents as teenagers, they’d left the stretch of timid, volatile affections between them unacknowledged. There was too much uncertainty and unfamiliarity in their lives to be sailing further into uncharted waters. They were only 18; they’d have all the time in the world.

In 2021, almost a decade later, Olympic champion Oikawa Tooru heads back to Sendai to reunite with his family and high school volleyball team. He’s going back with a mission - he’s had years to come to terms with how he feels for his childhood friend, and it’s about time he translated those feelings into actions.

On the path to his parents’ home, Oikawa discovers he has time-rewinding powers when he prevents a collision between a truck and a car. Armed with his newfound powers and a stronger sense of self than ever before,  Oikawa feels as though he is on the top of the world. He’s no longer a child. Neither of them are. He thinks he can make a miracle happen this summer. But he’d take it slow, get it right. He has time.

When Hanamaki messages him about the two moons in the sky, he’s too giddy with the euphoria of having Iwaizumi a hair’s breadth away again to be concerned. But before long Oikawa finds that his problems go beyond celestial irregularities - he’s thrown headfirst into the one predicament he’s struggled with his entire life - coming to terms with things outside his control.
