@yoylecake420 is an awful person and has and will harass artists with requests, asks and will even obsess over you and your work as seen with @nintendonut1 situation on this. (Sorry for the tag, but I feel it's important.)
Usually, I wouldn't really get in on this type of thing, but I thought this was important.
Back in January, I started getting a bunch of asks from this person for SMRPG (which I had just gotten into and started drawing a ton of fanart from it). At first, I was happy to do so because I loved it!
Over time, though, they got more pushy with their asks and started pressuring me to do more like it. At the time, I had a lot going on irl, and I couldn't do it all as much as they wanted. Plus, I didn't feel comfortable being told what to do. So, in the end, I decided it'd be best to block them.
I felt really bad about it for a while because I usually try to be nice on here, and they seemed nice to everyone else. But seeing that they've actually harassed someone to this extent... yeah 😬
To anyone reading this message, if anyone starts spamming your ask box and harassing you or makes you uncomfortable, stay safe. If you need to block them, it's okay.
I'm not gonna tell anyone what to do here, but please take this as a precaution.
After four different responses explaining to them that I’m really not interested in writing Geno fanfiction, I finally got frustrated and blocked them. I felt bad because they seemed like an okay person, just a little overbearing! So after a few weeks I unblocked them. Bam! Three more “requests” (worded more like demands, frankly) for Geno fanfiction. So honestly, learning they’ve outright harassed people just… doesn’t shock me.
Do approach this one with caution, as Vee said. This goes beyond overbearing; this person’s just plain entitled.
I also happen to have my own story with this person. I also got a few asks here and there, some of them simply showing some of their drawings, though I'll admit there was one that made me a bit uncomfortable and decided to never share it.
Some time ago though, when I started talking about the nightmare fic I'm working on, I linked the writing prompt ask game I got the idea to write it from. I only linked it, I didn't reblog it as I didn't mean to participate again on that game (at least not at that time). But I don't know why, this person thought I was actually asking to receive more asks for it, and sent a request that I had totally NOT asked for.
Honestly, I love Mario, I love Geno, and I really like the idea of them together as a romantic couple. But unfortunately, I haven't completed SMRPG yet, so I never felt like I could create something out of this prompt. And besides, and as I said... I hadn't asked for it 😅
A couple of weeks ago, around mid June, I got a new ask from them. This one, I screenshoted but unfortunately cannot find it anymore as I got a new phone recently, but they were basically telling me they felt bad because they'd had some trouble with some artists they admired and admitted it'd been their words and actions that caused them to be banned. I decided to answer privately and told them that perhaps they should avoid acting the same way again in the future and simply enjoy their time here. They just answered "Thank you."
Earlier this week, out of the blue, they told me "It's time that I talk about what happened," and proceeded to tell me everything they had done in the past both here and on Discord. Honestly, the way they talked about it made me think they were actually repentant and really wanted to fix themselves. I tried my best to advice them to move on and, again, not to repeat their past actions, as I truly believe people deserve second chances. They admitted to have disrespected some artists' boundaries and bombarded people with unrequested asks and DMs, so, again, this led me to think they regretted having done so despite making me feel uncomfortable and awkward. I just tried my best again to advice them to change, move on and simply enjoy art.
BUT. Just today, shortly after waking up, I saw they had answered back. They were not actually replying to the advice I gave them or anything though. They had simply sent me a link to this post saying that "someone is calling me out." And after reading all this and seeing that they had harassed not only TONS of artists but also some of my dearest friends... Well. That's where I draw the line.
Please don't get me wrong. It's not that I don't care about artists and their boundaries. I obviously do! But the way this person worded everything truly led me to think they really wanted to redeem themselves, and I actually felt bad that I couldn't help them. Still, now that I've read everything, I've realized they ran to tell me their "version" right after @nintendonut1 explained what had happened and the way they had behaved towards their art and their characters (the dates and times fit). And they were also quick to send me the link to this post as soon as they saw it.
So... Well, I do NOT like to think bad of people, but I also don't like to be taken as a fool. It pains me, but now I just think they were simply trying to keep me on their side and had no intention whatsoever to change their ways. I feel like they played games with me.
Tumblr has always been a wonderful and welcoming place ever since I started using it. It's led me to meet amazing people who I'm really glad to call my friends, and it's all so wholesome and healthy here! So I really had no reason to believe it would be any different with this person, but... I was completely and clearly wrong.
I really appreciate this post opened my eyes, and I'm so sorry for all the people this person has harassed and made feel umconfortable 🫂🫂🫂 I totally agree with my dear friends @itsavee4117 and @peaches2217: please don't hesitate to protect yourselves, and proceed as cautiously as possible.
I absolutely despise making posts like these, I just turned 35 years old and have little room in my life for online drama, but this has gotten to the point where folks' actual safety has become a legit concern of mine, so I don't think I can let this go without saying something.
At this point, for everyone in the SMRPG sub-fandom, or any other fandoms, honestly, it's probably a safe bet to block Yoylecake420 wherever you see them.
I don't have time for details or screenshots, I'll just summarize my personal experience with them.
At first, I got plenty of asks from them about their hyperfixations here on tumblr. I'm busy as hell, so most of them got lost in my inbox, and the ones I saw I had little time to entertain with an answer.
Then, they joined my Discord about a month ago, where they were active in sharing their art and stuff. Then me and the mods caught wind of them sending unsolicited DMs and friend requests to various members of the server, often with uncomfortable topics. We gave them a fair warning to stop. They did not.
This repeated behavior ended in a ban from the server. During this, they were also repeatedly making a mockery of my webcomic's OCs by making uncomfortable art/captions and submitting the characters to Kiss-Marry-Kill-style blogs despite me asking them not to, so I blocked them on Discord, Tumblr, deviantArt, and Art Fight. I know this is small potatoes compared to harassing people, but it's important context for the following.
A day after the ban from my server, they joined up the Spiderforest server, knowing I'm a part of that webcomic community. I was even warned by the mods, who were aware of Yoyle's behavior as they had already been messaging the SF tumblr about my comic.
A week later, they joined ComicFury, and replied to me on the forum, complimenting my work. Like nothing had ever happened. Like I didn't have them blocked everywhere else. Like they hadn't fully disrespected me, my work, and my community.
I directly messaged them telling them to leave me alone. Their response was a slight apology, but also admitting to being obsessed with my work, having a hard time moving on, and, ultimately, wanting the attention.
So. There it is. It pains me, knowing this is giving them the attention they want, but I'm too fucking old for games like that and the need for me to look out for everyone's safety is more important.
Yoyle is a person who does not care about others' personal boundaries. If you ignore them, they persist. If you tell them to stop, they do for a day or two, and then persist again. And if you block them, they'll evade it and stalk you to somewhere else on the internet.
Of course, it's not my place to tell anyone how to interact with others, but I am suggesting a pre-emptive block if you make, at the very least, Geno fanart, and aren't interested in being harassed across multiple platforms and having your boundaries stomped on. I do not suggest interacting with them, as they are the embodiment of "give them an inch and they'll take a mile."

Erbin is the rightful son to Culex, yes THAT Culex! After being born, Culex thought it best to let Smithy take care of lil Erbin; which means that Erbin is part of the Smithy Gang. Though, much later into his life after Smithy was defeated, he stole the crown off Smithy's body and fled into Mario's world.
He's a bastard of a man! He's a very cocky and confident lad with many unique talents; one of which is the ability to be the most flirtatious man to exist! He's also the lover of Geno (although at first it's a very bumpy relationship, they learn to love one another very affectionately as time goes on.)

Asciarotto !
Asciarotto was once a lot more different in terms of design and even had a different name; though she's been through a massive redesign and everything. Asciarotto is a Smithy creation, based on throwing axes; she's also designed much like how Cloaker and Domino were, like performers. They are snake charmers and she is a trapeze performer.
She's very loyal to Smithy and even a bit of a maniac to those who disrespect him or even break simple rules; she's like that type of kid who would remind the teacher about giving out homework.

Amaruka !
Ah, Amaruka, this wonderful bundle of joy is a servant to Culex; specifically and much like someone else's OC, they are the personification of Culex's crystals, all of them. They are quite powerful, could be more powerful than Culex themself if they knew how to control their powers that is. They are going under a tad bit of a redesign, but for now they've got a very alien like design compared to most Mario based OCs, that's because well; anyone related to Culex in anyway isn't technically from the Mario world. (Does that technically make Amaruka and Erbin siblings? That's strange.)
Amaruka is a playful, extremely outgoing bundle of happiness. Though of course, not every part of them is sunshine and rainbows, for they've been known to be very envious of those who gain the attention of Culex; they consider him to be a God in their eyes, well technically he is a God, but Amaruka wants nothing more than to gain the admiration from Culex.

She is unable to speak and she's cold to the touch, basically her skin feels like ice. Her personality is just as cold as her, as she doesn't take no for an answer and usually decides to kill someone as a warning sign. She's a ruthless killer creature of sorts.
As I said, she's not someone who has a good side; the only people she actually tolerates is Mario and co, Culex and Amaruka.

The Collector !
The Collector is an unknown type of woman, she's a collector of all things interesting! Relics, books, weapons, creatures, bugs, etc! She lives in Rose Town and lives a secretive life, not many know of her existence, she once had a real name but those who knew here kept calling her The Collector so often that she had forgotten her own name and now goes by that.
The Collector is a crazy woman, obsessive and a hoarder! If she wants something, she'll get it. She's talented in magic thanks to her extensive knowledge of basically everything.

Onas !
Onas, aka the God of Time. This fella is actually a part of a fan species I'm making for SMRPG, they are called: Owl Deities. (And side note, if you say he looks like Stolas from Helluva Boss I will fucking block you.) Ahem anyways, Onas is a very interesting character. He is *very* lore heavy. I'll give a gist of his story though; his kingdom is deep within the Forest Maze and any royal blood born Owl Deity is able to learn time manipulation magic. Onas learned it from a very young age, which worried his mother; she decided to lock him away because she knew what kind of person he would become with those powers; after years of being in prison, he found a way to break out and take the throne from his mother (as to if she is or is not alive, is kinda a spoiler for my story so uh yeah lmao.) He's been ruling ever since and has even made many gambles with Culex, KNOWING he'd lose; it's all just fun for him. It's why he doesn't have his wings, they now belong to Culex and it's why he's got a glass arm, it's now one of Culex's trophies. Gods do some silly things when bored.
Onas is a very manipulative, cunning, scheming bastard. He'll do just about anything to get his way, he's very persistent and persuasive with his words, oh and don't worry, he also enjoys to torture his captives uh..just ask Bowyer smiles. :)

Tiburón !
Originally Tiburón started out as just an idea for an au of "what if Johnny was in the Smithy Gang." Then he just kinda became his own character after a while, then with the help of @jonathancjones and their lovely Bandana Blue OC, Roha; he became a lot more complex and developed, so shout outs to them. Tiburón is a creation built for killing, and underwater combat; Smithy built him due to Yaridovich's complaints about Seaside Town and his enemies territory being surrounded by water. He's a menace to anyone (except Roha lol) and anything, and is not someone you wanna mess with.
Tiburón is, by far the most cruel, heartless and cold of the Smithy Gang.

A once lost spirit from the Sunken Ship took control of this doll, now using its body as its own. Also yes she knows Johnny, she's acquaintances with him.
Kairy is a very curious and calm lass, she tends to be cautious about things and doesn't travel far, she gets home sick easily.

Then, why is he a God himself if he hates them so much? Easy, he was manipulated into becoming a God by Onas.
Galileo is a very smart and confident individual, he's also a very tired man; staying up day and night to get his work done, since he is a scientist.
