Being the kind bubbly and open person he is he would definetly try to crack up a conversation with him, always ask how he is and all that sparky also would give him some of his medals or throphies incase tt naple doesn't win any races, overall as long as naple is respectfull and doesn't harm the people close to him he doesn't mind at all
Drill would'nt really care
Wire would think the same they do about most people, they'd test him to see if he is worthy to not being bitten
Zeke wievs him like any other turbotime character, he is afraid of accidentally stinging him or causing any harm
Buck on the other hand would look out for him as he is one of the younger racers and seeing Sparky approve him would make him warm up to naple more
Drift thinks it's peak entertainment messing with him
Wally doesn't hold ill feelings to anyone so, he would also give him some racing tips he is the racer trainer after all
Dr. Francy? Like any other patient to them, no ill feelings as long as naple keeps the same attidute toward her as he does to him
Sandra would be the same as Drill she doesn't really care
